Your video is 1:17 seconds long, the 1st 20 seconds is the intro. LOL
This tutorial has some good information in it, but it is hard to follow. All of that panning back and forth on the screen actually gave me a headache. Also, it seems like lines were placed for reference and then removed before they had been deployed.
As a certified instructor I produce videos and I only have one problem with your video is that it is too fast. I have to stop it a lot to see what you did. Very annoying. Good luck.
Well, another feature of VLC is, that you can slow down speed. Try press - (minus).
I'm doing this kind of drawing too, and i combine 3D-Boxes (to have an actual corpus to work with and see if the perspektive is okay) and the guide lines. In the progess of working with this technic I wish you could hide individual guide lines. Unfortunately you can only hide all. There should be an option where you can say i want this line too be always visible (e.g. your main guide lines).

what a shitty app seriously, can't even draw a fkin cube with the 3x box tool, I can't believe the idiots who coded this app didn't think about defining the width and height of the cube
+BroPo Corp Trolls will be trolling. But actually, yes you can. Having said that, the video is not about "drawing cubes" as you seem to think. It teaches you how to use guides and other Inkscape tools, while at the same time how to draw anything, not only cubes, in 3D perspective.
