Cycling at the Speed Limit - GoPro 11

There's a certain feeling you get when you find yourself riding at the speed limit. When you look up, and see the cars moving at the same pace it does something to your adrenaline. It makes you want to maintain, and give more. Flow state.
Peaceful Cycling - Natchez Trace Parkway - GoPro 11
Просмотров 713Год назад
Natchez Trace Parkway is one of, if not the best road in the South. The famed bridge is easily accessible from Nashville's greater metro area. The road lacks traffic due to its inconvenience and lack of exits. Its rolling hills allow for serious power up's, that'll roll you right into it's descents. Natchez Trace will have your bottom bracket sweating, while you beg it for more speed.

I can beat your time on a hybrid bike. Which is pretty sad
Not bad for a girl lmfaooo00 😂🤣😆🤌 I can beat that time on a hybrid bike 🤣
Bro Im a new rider would u recommend this for front and rear wheel or should I go for rear 808 and front 404? what are the cons ?
He's not going to answer you because he doesn't want someone that is new on a bike to beat his time. So he's one of those

Nice video! Who is your camera man? Do you have the GP from a car following you? The sound is only your bike a music. How do you make this amazing photography in your film?
Beautiful! Do you have any recommendations for what to set the white balance to for manual?
So sick Justin!
how is this cinematic? my iPhone takes better video that this
Sorry to ask here but do you still have/use your DVX200? I just can’t shake my obsession for wanting one. Would love to know what you think of it now, a few years on. Your cinematic vids with it a few years back are excellent
Hey! I do not still have it. It was a great great camera to own, but the 8 bit color space just didnt do it for me. I think there are alot of better options on the market now days! Even gopro now offers 10 bit colorspace.
gj man, very beautiful!
Nice video
Thank you!
💯
Gorgeous stuff again brother
Thank you!
Damn dude, this is amazing. I'd put this up with Barentsen and Safa level of cycling cinematography. Can I ask, how are you mounting the camera for this low camera angle?
Thank you! Best compliment I could get. It's a GP - suction cup mount, with the GoPro suspended upside-down to get it closer to the road.
This is really nice. Love the sound / music. What's the filming setup?
I have the same question. This is amazing!
@@scubawithatuba It's a GoPro 11 suction cupped to a follow vehicle!
so nice
Thank You!
I cant agree more with you
Saw 7 summers Mini today (for the first time for some reason) and am hooked. Millions of hours on YT and somehow this is the aesthetic I didn’t know I’ve been searching for over the past 4 years of taking photography (and lately Videography) seriously. There’s a consistency throughout your work that is so reassuring and so captivating. I’m definitely excited to explore more of your work closer and learn. Even saw a 2013 Jumbotron video on your old channel that looks as though it was shot last week. That’s incredible! I’m all over the place with my videography right now, trying to develop that consistent recipe throughout my work, and am grateful I found your channel to help learn more. Between my G9 and X-S10, I can hopefully develop my own style with a narrower “focus” now. Cheers! 🙌
Hi!How can I adjust the color in the video like you?
Beautiful ! Congrats ! May I ask the exact settings ? My M3 is nothing like this, it produces oversharpened videos. I use the same settings, d-log ( ISO 400), H-265 , 25fps, 1/50shutter , ND filter. Did you put some LUT or grain on the footage in post ? Thanks !
Hey! Thanks for the like! I use it primarily in D-log with the sharpening and saturation turned all the way down. I also use the ND filters provided by DJI in most situations. I then run the footage through a piece of software in Davinci Resolve called "De-hancer". De-Hancer does some heavy lifting on the Mavic footage to bake in AI grain and proper "cinematic" colors and tones.
@@Datboyvideo Thanks a lot ! Where did you set the sharpness? My problem is that there is no sharpening setting in MAvic 3 ( or at least I couldn't find it ). On my mini3Pro and my MAvic2 Pro there are separately adjustable Sharpness, Contrast and NR settings . But not on MAvic3...So all my footages look oversharpened. Yours are very film-like- but that seems to be more like the result of this "De-hancer" effect....
Gorgeous! Mine is arriving in 2 weeks, can't contain the excitement!
has it arrived now?
@@Nyke226 sadly not yet
@@MichalOlender im thinking of ordering mine in 2 weeks... Hope the money is worth it!😂🙏
@@Nyke226 I've been waiting for 2 months now, was supposed be be 3/3, still says backordered. But quality wise it's a beast, I'm coming from Mini 2 and Mini 3 Pro, Mavic 3 Classic is a huge upgrade, I'm sure you'll love it!
@@MichalOlender Dayumm im gonna buy the mavic 3 with tele lens.. hope the lens is good... well i think its not but yeahhhhh
Great job !
Great shots and footage. Is it a Sirui 50mm or a 24mm MFT? If it's a 50mm then your pulling 75mm super 35?
It's the 50mm
Beautiful scenery 👐
Wow amazing footage , new friend here
Nice job! Was this also shot on the FS100?
What resolution is your final video in?
Final resolution was 4096x1743. Native 2:35
cool
Nice footage and music!
Amazing!
Super drone footage please add me
super.ewll !✋
Awesome! What software did you use? I have a Sony FX3 for my vids :)
I used Davinci Resolve!
Did you shoot in 4K or Anamorphic 2.8k mode?
4K with the 1.33x de-squeeze turned on.
@@Datboyvideo You are awesome thank you!
shoot on 16:9 or anamorphic mode? I love your video
16X9 with the 1.3x desqueeze turned on.
Too much film grain but it looks nice!
This is beautiful. I've been looking for a setup that would create this exact look and I'm so grateful that you've shared it. If you don't mind me asking, what were some of the exposure settings you chose?
I always underexpose by a stop or two. Seems easier to pull information out of the shadows in BRRAW than the highlights.
thats some really good filming there. Do you recommend the DVX200? I've been umming and arring about getting it
It's okay! Really needs to be used with a 10bit external recorder to get footage with enough depth to properly color.
What filters did you use?
Pro Mist Warm.
What settings did you use for this on the DVX200?
Is there an adapter you use for the lens?
No, I bought the MFT version.
Stunning work here Justin. Love the look and feel of the whole piece! Feels like the start of a feature - real True Detective feel to it.
Thank you!
The grading is awesome! I’m totally in love with it. Can you spare some tips to get something like this? It is sweet, melancholic, nostalgic and warm like a memory from a past youth
Thank you! Much of this look is baked into the camera. I used a .5 Promist Warm filter, as well as a Tiffen Variable ND stacked on top of one another to really soften/damped the footage. The grade came together nicely using BMPCC RAW in Davinci Resolve.
How did you manage to make this hand held look? Just by making your camera way heavier?
I used a rig with a Vmount battery, purchased off Amazon. Small Rig I believe is the name of the company. I mounted the battery as far back on the rig as possible to give it more of a floating feel while operating. Other then that, making sure you walk heel to toe, and don't overgrip the camera while opping. If the camera want's to move right, let it move right....it should float, not feel forced.
Please which model I have to use on a Blackmagic 4k ? I mean a Sony Emount or MFT mount or a Canon EF mount? And what type of adapter you used? Thank you
MFT mount.
I have the MFT mount. The lens mounts directly to camera.
Love it
Absolutely gorgeous footage.
nice work
👌👌
Great job! 💯 🔥
