I'm on my 3rd junk journal. Made it from grocery paper bags, news paper, craft water color paper, copy paper, note book, envelope... Anything. Made a cover of cardboard box. Bound it into signatures. So now I don't have any fear of any waste, and I love it. It really is relaxing and a free feeling and fun in a troubled menopause brain lol

How beautiful, the path to the beach, and the wind .... what are cows doing on the beach? They are very relaxed.

Very cute dress! I love your advice to let go of the fear and just create. I'm getting better at that! When I first started upcycling, it took so long to start a new piece as I was afraid to make the cut - what if I ruin it? But I mostly upcycle from thrifted clothes or things I no longer wear, so if I ruin it, so what!? I'm getting bolder now. Thanks for a great video!

I`ve copied out your words to keep reading them, and trying to practise your ideas, as I`m in quite a difficult situation and frequently find my "inside" at war with things outside myself. I`ve always loved art, colour, and fabric since I was 4 or 5 years old..I`m 73 now and it has helped me many times. A thing I do struggle with is dreaming and planning the creation without actually doing it! I get a lot of joy from the dreaming but wish I could overcome this..procrastination. I love watching you create..I enjoyed your recent intuitive work book. Thank you again. Enjoy your trip.

Wonderful story and outcome, thank you for sharing. We forget that God knows what we need in all circumstances for our good. Circumstances have put me in so much fear that I wake many times a night rehearsing what I think I need to do. Isn't it lovely that God had a better plan for you and the lonely man. It's good that you waited and listened. The amazing part is that two neighbours connected and shared where each was at in a kind and loving way. If only we could all learn this, drop our agenda's, seek help from God and wait for His better way. I too am learning.
