I do the standard burpee with a backbending stretch with palms together over the head after standing up.
There is this variation of sapata where you slide you foot back while going into dand . Ankit , rahul and a lot of guys on youtube are doing it this way. have you seen it? how do you compare this version of sapata with normal burpee on difficulity wise ?

Lower back pain can be a pain in the a** if you are trying to build a big V taper… Since you can’t deadlift due to lower back pain, here is a movement that will help you build a thick and wide back. It’s called chest supported dumbbell rows. This movement helps you rest your body on the incline bench eliminating lower back stress and leg drive… Focus on stretching your back with heavy dumbbells and then pulling back while focusing on back muscles (keep elbows tucked in) Great movement to help build your entire back thickness and width. Give this one a try!

Hey John, i would say 150 mark would be a good number to aim for to get in really good shape. Although it doesn’t have be all in one go, these can be divided in to sets of 20 with one 45 seconds of rest in between each set.

Your videos about sapates and half sapates are some of the best at RUclips because clearly show how they are done. About half sapates: How safe are for knees ? Have you ever experienced pain due to them ? Lately I stopped doing them because I felt pain at my right knee (did them almost daily for a while) and thought it may be these the cause. Anyway, I want to come back to them slowly when I felt totally healed. Because it's great total body exercise. Keep up the good work !
Hey man, half spates were a part of my daily routine a few months back and honestly never felt any knee pain. Sometimes tightness in the muscle nearby can cause pain in joints such as hip flexors, calf and ankles. Try fully stretching your legs and you will surely experience some relief.

Chest supported Dumbbell rows- Super underrated back exercise. This movement complete eliminates leg drive making it super hard to use momentum. Since your chest is against the bench, all you can use to pull those dumbbells back is your back muscles which will help you achieve that 3D looking back. Give this one a shot

Note- Standard push is a great movement for chest but lacks upper chest involvement however, an Indian push works on complete chest development.

Hey bro, this movement is super safe on back. I have been doing it for over a year now.
I think sometimes we are to focus on what we know on our side of the world. I just found out about this exercise and my first thought was "ouch, that can cause some back troubles in the long run" It looks a lot like the half asses burpees that crossfiters do, but after I read a little bit on the subject, I´ve found out that this sapate exercise is a staple for conditioning on Indian wrestling. So, if they have been doing it for many years I think it works. Who would have said that crossfit was more less right, ja.
