Yeah. There was no need for me to remove the whole panel for what I was going to do.

Maybe? But since I removed the doorpanel to tint the window, I did not see if there is space for what you are trying to do. That is something you will have to figure out on your own.

Unfortunately I don't. It's somewhat the same. Feel out the trim and slowly pry away.
How do you remove the small door molding on the other side of mirror
For that I believe you remove the mirror and then the same way just jam something in there and lift up. If not it's part of the mirror assembly. I've done a few different models and I can't remember which is which.

You would have to remove the mirrors to remove that extra piece. We thought about removing it but was unnecessary as the old vinyl wasn't tucked under there. The rear is the same. Small screw in the same area of the back doors.

good video.. so.. in general when you do get window tint - tint places must remove the door panel? That sucks :/
Thanks for the comment Matthew. Not all tint places remove the inside weather gasket. They all have there way of installing tint. This is the way I do it. In my opinion it's a better, cleaner install. Also not all inside door panels need to be removed on every car. Some you can pry the top of the inside door panel and remove the gasket others the gasket is integrated with the inside door panel and the whole door panel needs to be removed. Like this one. This one the inside door panel was integrated into the gasket itself so it was easier to remove everything. Took a lil longer but nothing was damaged and everything went back in it's place.

Thanks!! It was very helpful! For the left door panel it's the same. The only thing that's different is that you have to remove the speaker grill. Behind it is the 4th screw!

They have the same trim to remove. Just have to find how to remove it and then remove the bolts and tabs.

It was a combination vinyl and alcantara leather.

I bought them at my local 99 cent store. There plastic door hooks. Usually come in a set of 3.
