You’ve definitely got the clamps the correct way round in my opinion, I have mine the same way (for approximately 18 years) and it also makes it easier to lift the mitre saw off the stand.

Awful mess underneath the bath, why wasn't it cleared out? Have noticed this when my bathroom was fitted, plumber left dust and rubbish underneath the sink, bath, and cupboards!!!

Dam I thought it would be as easy as fitting kitchen sink as did this with ease just by screw off screws on. 😢

The first 7.5 minutes show you lying alongside the bath with the taps and connections obscured.

Actually there's a clip under the front of the air filter on the right as you look at it. Flip that and the whole body is released and can be lifted forward giving you to access to all of the bolts. 😊

Clamps are meant to go on the back as when you walk towards it the action to put it on draws the machine away from you but not too far as the bracket hooks on to the stand and won't let it fall over the other side. and when unclamping it the machine comes towards you when you pull as to not put you off balance and you pull the saw close to your body to carry it . If you had to unclamp it from the front you could potentially lose balance and the machine fall backwards and you can't follow it as the stand is in the way. Also when mounting it you would have to push it away from you first past that latching point and them pull it back. Having the same problem. Of toppling the user . That's why the clamps are meant to be at the back of the saw. 👍

Sorry, but there's not much point to a video about fitting taps to a bath, if we cant see what you're doing underneath the bath! The tip about replacing the useless plastic washer was worth watching the video though, thanks for that. I had assumed they were plastic for a reason (flexibility, perhaps?).

Just a handy hint for the future the superspeed inserts with the blue rubber rings are not warrantied by JG Speedfit when used in compression joints. You have to use their solid plastic inserts for compression joints. Personally if you're going to do it all in plastic I'd just use a JG push fit flexi with a built iso. Personally if it's my own house or the clients budget allows I prefer copper hard piped taps with full bore valves.

The amount of debris under that bath not cleaned out 😳
