I think you should try Wendy they have some good burgers or Dave’s hot chicken and don’t listen to @zerolibertas5993 he is probably just jealous you guys are happy together while he has never had a girl kiss him in his life
Wowwwww Ik That Hurts Like Crazy Looks Like Your Getting Tattoo With sewing 🪡 by hand !! 😮😑😬😶☹️😖😣
Why do you lads insist on wearing some form of Irish team jersey every single time you venture shtateside?
Nah this all depends on where you live in the US, I’ve found the prices in Ireland far cheaper than the prices in the US
Try gyro mediterranean food
@@shakebkqueen5846 Thanks, anything in particular on the menu I should try?
What fast food should I try next? 👇
Probably glow in the dark ha ha 😂
At least you don’t waste money on toothpaste.
this cannot be serious 💀😂 I have straight white teeth, post yours hahaha
go check another video
Calm down . In this one you got no teeth. Baby…….baby.
Be warned! Medical benefits do NOT cover all medical expenses. I assume you are talking about medical benefits through employment. They vary from employer to employer, but they only cover certain percentage of medical expenses, called “coinsurance”. For example, Blue Cross will pay 80% while you pay 20%. And given how expensive hospital visits and prescription medication costs in America, that 20% can easily reach thousands of dollars. Until recently, insulin cost $670 per five pens. Not exactly good for low-income families. Plus, these medical plans require an annual deductible, which is more cost. And they usually only cover non-preventative medical and drug expenses. There are certain programs like Medicare to alleviate these medical costs, but I think that they are reserved for citizens only (though I could be wrong). I am proud of our country, but please note that medical expenses are not kind to low-income families!
He is talking about medicade for poor people. It covers everything. Medicare is for old people that are retired. If you don't meet the qualifications for free medicade, you can get reduced cost. Before we got married my now husband got a raise and he made too much to get medicade for free, but he qualified to still get it for $25 a month and it covered everything.
Keep voting these republicans in office you won’t have shit and they will be getting more wealthy
The poor have better benefits than the working man. I have Crohn’s disease. My medication is a 1/3 of my monthly net. Someone who is on welfare gets it for 25 dollars. It’s almost better not to work!
The rest of the country is dirt cheap compared to cali prices ong
really? what state are you from?
@@Darren_James not much better out here in Colorado but places like Texas, Wisconsin, Virginia, Florida, etc have fairly low housing prices and grocery’s are dirt cheap. Gas in Colorado is around 3 bucks a gallon 👍
WHAT OIL ARE YOU BUYING SIR THAT IS CHEEP RN
cheap compared to Ireland lol
The problem is: things should be WAY cheaper in the US. We are the world's largest energy AND food exporter. None of those things should be comparable to an island which is a major exporter of neither.
Its cheaper because £>$
Usually one dollar costs less than a euro (not always), but the difference in cost between countries is more complicated than that.
I factored in the conversion rate on screen
Move to the dystopian California free health care and foodstamps for immigrants no help for Us citizens
Why, cause you're not willing to stand next to an immigrant to get the help?
have you even set foot in California
why, is there anything stopping a US citizen claiming it if they're making the same money as the immigrant?
@@Darren_James They're just regurgitating lies about California that they heard on Fox "news".
@@matcha6710 yes I spent 9 months building in Cali for my company we built 19 Fed ex stores from Compton Long Beach Torrance La then moved south to John Wayne airport and directly east so ya I lived in that shit hope you call California
California is basically a different country the rest of us its a different story
as in it has better benefits or price wise?
Yes to both. Even within Cali. But if you go to the Midwest (Wisconsin or Michigan for ex) it's a lot cheaper but the benefits generally aren't as good. Gas out here is maybe 3.15. but less benefits esp medical for poor folks @@Darren_James
Gas is cheaper in the us because everyone drives 😂 7.50 would actually put many on the streets
yeah I didn't think there would be THAT much of a difference 👀
And California is much higher than average. Usually hovers around $3 where I’m from, often under.
@@josiahjray that's crazy, what state are you from??
@Darren_James in WI, it hovers over 3 and usually up to 3.7ish, down to suburb IL, and then it begins to increase hitting the East...source, I travel most of the east and southern side of country weekly.
@@iiBeasttt yeah that's less than half of the price compared to back home that's crazy
Thanks buddy for telling it!❤
You check out the prices outside of Los Angeles
I haven't yet personally but I imagine the big cities like New York, LA & Chicago would be most expensive right?
@@Darren_James yeah. LA is super expensive. Tourists to many places will always think things are expensive because they're usually going to tourist locations that price gouge or nicer parts of big cities that are super expensive. The gas in California is super expensive because it's a different blend. It sits under $3 where I live so it's crazy to imagine people paying over $7 in other countries. I know Ireland isn't the most expensive in Europe either
@@ec7005 I think if you're smart with you're finances, the salaries can allow you to save a lot but yeah it can be very expensive if you're not smart
Gas is $2.75 a gallon in Texas haha.
@@ken.zallen daammmnnn, everything is bigger in Texas except your gas expenses

You have to add the sales tax, it’s about 8% give or take depending on the state. It’s added to the total sale, which includes any discounts or coupons.
many states dont tax groceries
While most states do not have a specific tax on groceries, the majority of states have a state wide general sales tax, which is applied to any transaction. So for instance in Texas where I am from, the general sales tax rate is 8.25% so if I go to the grocery store and ring up $100 of groceries the total amount I will pay is $108.25, because I have to pay the sales tax but Texas has no specific tax on groceries. If I were to go to Tennessee, they tax groceries at 4% and have a general sales tax of 7% so that same $100 order of groceries in Tennessee would be a total of $111.00 because I would have to pay both the general sales tax and the grocery tax. (7 out of the 13 states that do have a grocery tax simply include that percentage on the listed base price of the item, like most countries in Europe and the British common wealth do for all applicable taxes on an item)
Do potatoes.
Why did you move from Ireland to the states? You don’t have gun violence there.
Idk when this was filmed but eggs here are $6 a dozen!
2 days ago in smart & final 😂
US here: Most supermarkets have deals via coupons in their app to help keep some of the costs down.
damn I wish I knew this a month ago 😂
But then isn’t their tax added on at the cast desk
good point but their minimum wage is $17+ Vs $13.60, so I think that makes up for it 🙂
In my state there is no tax on food
Dont forget the tax is calculated afterwards in america
true but minimum wage back home is $13.60 so the sales tax here ain't too bad
In my state there is no tax on food
@@Darren_James You guys are making that much? My state just got to 12. Sounds like I need to move lol
Now I don't feel so taken advantage of- it's other countries too-so this is just how much food is
yeah all the essential stuff has been reasonably priced from my experience so far! And fortunately alcohol too 😂
Someone should compare grocery cost to dick size.
4 yrs ago it was allot cheaper
same back home, but surprised as I thought California would be reaallyyyyy expensive
A lot cheaper is an overstatement. It was roughly 6% cheaper
@@Bigdogspyke no were I live in america it was allot cheaper 4 yrs ago Example bread was 90 cents now it's 2 dollars that over double like 55% and it is all items at all stores

The businesses have been price gouging again. They are enjoying record profits
The bananas are imported to the US just like Ireland. Y’all just love to hate
Ur so damn cute
do these prices surprise you?
Yes, needed in every country with a link to a site that sells cheap wood chippers
Considering how little you have to do these days to land on this list, a map like this has close to zero meaning.
yeah, okay but isn't it that in the US you get registered if you are 18 and your girlfriend 17
Hate to say it but most of this is cap. The statement about politics is true however the rest is not completely right. I’ve been to many places in Europe and it’s east to tell that they do in fact smoke and vape a lot there but it’s isn’t much different here in the US. The most incorrect statement is about the friendlyness because everywhere in Europe people are beyond friendly and it’s easy to see it. Here your lucky if you get a really kind and patient person working at a fast food restaurant when all your trying to do is grab a quick meal. Not so sound petty or anything.
ii dont care of ireland is the Turd safest
