Hi, thanks for your comment and question but as you can appreciate it's been 4yrs since we had this watch now.... I realy couldn't tell you what the app was called... I think Google will be your best friend here searching for answers if you haven't any original paper work with the watch.

@@BusisiweSahadat-p6t hi, does the needle drop to zero when you turn the ignition off or does it stay at full all the time...... If it stays at full all the time I would say it's a stuck gauge. If it drops to zero when turned off you possibly have a stuck sender unit in the tank.

@@BusisiweSahadat-p6t under the small rear right hand seat swab is a plastic cover in the floor that if removed should give you access to the fuel pump. If you remove the wiring plug from the pump and retry with the ignition on. If the gauge stays at the bottom then we could say the pump sender unit is faulty. If the gauge still goes to full with it unplugged then you either have a faulty gauge or other wiring fault

@@BusisiweSahadat-p6t maybe it's on the other side... mines a diesel so may be diffrent.. I'd you haven't got a cover in the floor then you may have to someone to drop the tank to check.... If it has been stuck since you last filled the tank right up you could try tapping the underside of the tank with a plastic mallet or piece of wood to see if you free it and make it full.... Thats realy all I can suggest apart from getting it into your local garage for a diagnosis.

@@AlanHunt73 hi, yes it's best if you remove it. Best to blow it out with an air nozzle thats what i usualy do... I suppose you could pick it with a magnetic screwdriver or simular tool. Thanks for watching and your comment

Shaun would using loctite on the helicoil be ok. I know it's not needed but I want to make sure it's solid

@@AlanHunt73 some say yes, some say no. I dont think it would add any additional strength to the Hele coil. I can't realy advise one way or the other

To be honest as I answered a simular question in the comments as it was a while ago I can't realy remember. I know it was tricky. If you have the big grommet around the shaft on the case I think you need to lift this and get it from there. Sorry I can't be more help.

Its ok I managed it so panic over

If the interior heater is blowing hot air then you have circulation which means the waterpump is proberly OK. It's possible you may have an air lock in the system if you've recently lost coolant. Other possibility are blocked radiator but it does sound like a thermostat problem.

When I was looking for a decent unit I couldn't find one in the uk either. So many fakes you can't trust what you buy. I brought this on ebay from the USA . Was quite expensive but works perfectly.

Hi, does it shut off completely or is it that the screen goes off into screen saver mode after a short time. If its just the screen then this can be changed in the settings menu. If it shuts off completely you either have an intermitant fault in the 12v supply or the unit is faulty. If its plugged into a cigerette lighter plug id check the connection there.

Hi, yes the thermostat and the housing come as one unit.

@@shaunsautorepairs5410 what about the anticoller pipe is that could the the problem as well cause I got leaks and I can't say where is leaking exactly cause is under the thermostat it looks same. Thanks a lot

If its not draining you must have a blockage, either in the pump itself or in the stand pipe where the outlet pipe goes. You've proberly got some debris from the washing in the pump

Thank you for replying.Is there any way off unblocking the little tube. ? The machine is full of water. I tried to switch the cycle to a drain and spin but it kept trying to go back to.the original cycle and kept adding more water 😢. Just had floor replaced , so desperate to not have a flood all over it .

@@user-qg7pj4wr9o you should be able to manually drain it... .open the flap near the base and where the drain cap is there should be a tube where you can drain the drum into a bowl or something .

That wee tube appears blocked too. Guess I am just going to have to go straight to the filter bit and do my best not to get it all over the floor. Any tips 😢

@@user-qg7pj4wr9o just take things slowly....undo the filter a bit at a time and mop up any water that comes out. That's all I can suggest... if you have any serious concerns get a plumber in to assist you

If your referring to the opening tempreture it would have been the standard unit as supplied by the parts factor. As to the make, if its not shown in the video I realy can't help you. Sorry

Hi Shaun, I have a Fiat 500 1.3 multijet 2015. I assume with the same engine as the Doblo. However I can’t locate the plug you are using to test the glow plugs? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

​@@patrickhannon395hi, I've had a quick Google and I can't find any reference to the location of the module. In most cars they are bolted to either the front panal by the radiator for good air circulation or around the bottom area of the battery, near the chassis rail. But of coarse it could be behind the engine on the fire wall... They are normally identified by being a black or aluminium box about 2 inches long with 5 thick wires and 2 or 3 thinner control wires... Good luck with finding it.

My answer is i dont know. I dont deal with turbos very often. I would imagine the oil seal would be part of the bearing assembly in the centre. Not sure if this is servicable as a diy job.

Chances are you just need a new tempreture sender and not a thermostat. Do you have the service engine soon message?. Do you have access to a code reader with live data to check the tempreture sender?

As I can remember it was a bit tricky getting between the chair base and the plastic cover to access the pinch bolt that holds the seat tube.. if that's the one your referring to. If your has a black grommet around the tube the bolt is under there.... That's realy all I can tell you as it was a while ago...

It was.... but to be fair it was only 200yards from where it broke... driven here slowly....

He fixed it himself to get it to me.... about 200 yards from where he broke it

Hi, Thanks for watching and your comment... Your right, If this was my own car and i was doing all the bushes then poly bushes would be a way to go. But this was a customers car and we were only doing the one bush so a standard bush was used.
