man right now I'm in *textures mode* , those environments had some nice textures, tree bark, concrete, grass, gravel, brick sidings, playground sand, baseball field ground, etc.

cool video. I've often had issues with sleep, and I still haven't really figured out why, but this video definitely made me feel less concerned about that fact. Bonus tip: things like cannabis and alcohol can really mess up your sleep, even though they may help you get to bed. imo there is a time and place for stuff like that when it comes to getting to bed, but relying on them can actually cause insomnia as you try and quit.

it was 4 am had uni tomorrow and couldnt sleep the conversation between you and youre friend was very nice and cozy i slept through the middle of it but planing on watching it in full soon also loved when she said " I think sleep is so important to mark a fresh start " and totally agree with her

Good thing that camera came with an SD card. I have found that with those type of old cameras, the SD cards and batteries (and sometimes charging cables) can be hard to find or expensy.

hearing angela saying that too much rem sleep is bad for you was very sobering! maybe other depressionheads can relate but my main issue with sleep is sleeping too much. it's always felt like a bad thing but it's v interesting to know that it does actively make you feel worse
