Developers are essentially building these condos for office workers, not digital nomads or solopreneurs (both of which will be in their place most of the time). Developers need to rethink that working dynamic. But nothing will change unless they see their sales tank.

@@TraderJL There are plenty of bigger options. All depends on your budget and preferences. My friend is a digital nomad and he loves his spot. Keep in mind these are studios. There are 1 and 2 bedroom options available.

Mostly for the younger generation. Not many old people live there

@@edward88881 yeah very nice building but you do pay for location and amenities. Building is also only about 1.5 years old so it’s very new. Technogym is the popular brand over here in Asia, but I’m not a fan of some of their equipment’s mechanics. life fitness is generally pretty good along with Prime Fitness. These are more common in the USA

Rental terms are usually 1 year for lowest pricing. You may be lucky to find some landlords willing to do shorter terms

There are bigger floor plans available but of course it’s higher price. My friend loved the 1 bedroom last time he stayed in

Not overpriced for the amenities and area. Yes you can find cheaper but it all depends on your priorities. Definitely not a pigeon hole. I walk and move around just fine and that’s why it’s a loft style. You’d have to be very careless to slip/stumble.

@@DavionTravel Dude, what counts is that you like it, since you are the one living there, I just gave a try to wake you up from being delusional. The amenities might be nice, but in the end most people spend way more time in their apartment then in the amenities. And that "apartment" is in fact a pigeon hole. Yes, the "high ceiling" might help to perceive that micro tv area as a bit more bearable, but then you pay that back with interest by basically not having a separate and comfortable bedroom and ending up sleeping in a even worst pigeon hols in the ceiling. And yes, if you are careful you won t fall down, but your bedroom is not supposed to be a place you need to be careful of in order to avoid breaking your neck. . But again, to each one what he likes...I just find it funny to to see someone show it off like it was the prize...

@@Tech_Publica lol how am I being delusional? This condo is a studio, not a 1 bedroom apartment, and as a studio, it's similar to studios across the world. Have you seen studio spaces in NYC, LA, Barcelona, etc? No one expects studios to have an enormous amount of space. Like I mentioned, you must be very clumsy and careless person if you think you're going to fall down or have a fear of falling down. That's like saying you're going to sleep everywhere you go like malls and places above ground floors that has railings to protect you. When I lived there, I had no constant worries or thoughts about being careful because I go about living normally. You do realize you can break your neck slipping on regular ground right? And how am I showing it off as a prize? It's a condo tour

I just use Google and also hipflat. They usually have listings. I had an agent help me which was super helpful

From what I know, usually if you stay for at least 1 month, owners can do that... and it's ultimately up to the owner.
