Shabu shabu sounds so delicious; I've had it once at a Chinese restaurant and it wasn't so good, I ended up with food poisoning. I think the meat was sitting out for so long it went bad. 😂 Chicken meatballs with vermicelli soup, that's the ticket. I have to quarantine again because I got that illness again. I'm lucky that I can still taste food. I think I'm going to take out some ground turkey (I don't have ground chicken) and I'm going to make meatballs and add it to some miso soup. I had konjac noodles but I can't find them. I'm too chatty, I want to say thank you so much for inspiring me to make meals for myself. Now, if you made okonomiyaki I'd be interested in learning how. I know that okonomiyaki will be the first thing I eat when I visit Japan. 😊

米袋からお米を移す際に逆手で行っていましたが、逆手は葬儀や仏事で行う事が多いです。地方によって異なりますが、お行儀的にもあまりよろしくないですよ。
