This is good for like a 5 day or week milsim. A three day would be like 3 granolas, 2 water bottles, sleeping bag, and bandages (just incase of crazy accidents or something)

I'm gonna suggest Pemmican bars instead of cliff bars. Also what's wrong with sodium? You need to replenish your body's sodium that you're sweating out. As well as potassium. Good idea to bring even salt and potassium tablets if it's gonna be a hot one.

I put a cqb valve into my high power bolt and it's still shooting a little hot. You suggested cut some coils off the the valve spring to lower the fps. Any idea about how many equals how much?

All this gear and neither of them have rucksack liners. If it rains particularly hard then all the expensive shit you have in your pack is going to get drenched.

How many mags do you typically run? 160 Rounds doesn't seem like enough.
