First bear hunt glassed a monster blonde bear, he couldn’t walk, he waddled. Couldn’t get to him from where we were. Next day got to where he was but he never showed up. Cool to glass him

I thoroughly enjoyed your video, But one thing I noticed was watching it with non hunters. The celebration for the kill made it seem all about the kill. Maybe it is, but it motivates the non hunting community to shut us down.
I see where you’re coming from. I always try to show real, in the moment reactions because that is one of my main goals when making a film. I think it’s a tough but important thing to think about when releasing anything related to hunting on the internet. We are always respectful of the birds.
Are the swans good table fare?
They’re pretty good! Not quite as good as mallards and shelducks but not terrible that’s for sure.

Too bad it takes hard weather to get a chance at a duck these days on the Columbia. Hunted since 86 and been on a 4 year pause because of the poor hunting in the general areas. Looks like it could get only worse.
Many average height people say that the front straps are too long and the case is low on the chest and loose. And you can see that in this video too!

This past deer season I had some folks shooting over me ,,, 5 shots … Bro it pissed me off like you wouldn’t believe,,, they knew I was there and still they shot … how do folks do something like this???
It’s a pretty wild deal, I honestly don’t think the person who shot over us knew we were there.
These folks that shot over me had been shadowing me for about a mile ,,, walking above along a canyon… above them was his son and his girl ,,,so me near the brushy bottom,,,the dad and uncle half way up and the son on top …all abit back from the other … it was near the opening of the canyon so I figured I’d walk it out and pull out back to my pickup …. I had jumped about 7 havalina and 4 does ,,, I didn’t know a little 2 by 2 buck was still in the brush moving up ahead of me …SO when he popped out they all start shooting over me by maybe 20 or 30 yards …I was so pissed off I went to yelling all kinds of things at them ,,,they shot probably 9 shots then the boy finally gut shot the little buck … I was closest to it so I looked at it on my way out and it was full of polyps,,, one hung over it’s left eye about as big as a nickel but it had them all over its head n neck …maybe more I just had a quick look and I was super pissed off still taking big crap ,,,it made me even more mad at the gut shot ,,it blew guts all out the back end and the thing of killing such a little buck …. I’ll never hunt unit 30 in New Mexico again… way to many folks out there ,,, camps of 15 or 20 people with 3 tags and no game folks around ,,,my neighbor works wild land and he said they pulled everyone out of that area and the home base for the game wardens is almost 5 hours away,,,they just don’t have the men to spare …

Fantastic video - how did you end up cooking the parries? They are great in schnitzel, not great for roasting.
We cook some late in the film! We just flash fried the breasts and then fried them with breading too, pretty dang good!

In the right habitat if you don't see birds just keep walking and you will find them.
That is the original purpose of the golden retriever breed, a good companion for hunters that could swim and run preety fast and retrieve the prey without damaging the prey corpse
