Any tips or tricks to get that f****** joystick out. I have nearly broke my goddamn fingers trying to get this thing off. I even used a plier with a rag trying to get that off and it still wasn't f****** moving. So pissed I spent all this money on this piece of s*** controller.

This totally fixed the drift on my controller thanks.

If you’re having trouble taking of the Joy stick move it to the side so you can see the sensor then use a small flathead it’s a lot easier

Don't open that gate. I have made it with PS4 controllers and don't resolve the stick drift. Is worst after... The real solution is replace that stick

Are you fucking kidding. I destroyed 2 controllers trying to fix this shit with other methods. And I didnt this to my roomates drifting controller while borrowing it and it works. Well you just made me 20 bucks guess I'll buy a used controller with it.

100% works but I did figure out that you don’t have to remove the half circle cover if you just move it to the side you can fit a screwdriver in there and pop that sensor off!! Thanks for fix

Warning: When you do this do not touch the insides, I tried this first with a broken series 2 the trigger snapped from the frame, mainly for over using hair trigger at max an over time it strains the plastic mold for the triggers, I touched the sensors inside on accident an it sent the controller looking down an couldn't move the stick anymore, I have a back up newer one that had slight drift tried this but didn't change anything sadly but that's okay apex is a pretty sensitive game to Linares

Yep mine is less than 6 months old it's actually my third one I'm switching after this this one is drifting just like the rest they all have problems very quickly what the hell is wrong with them I have old regular Xbox controllers and they last for years

Ok so I stick drift on my right stick. It kept going forward. I did what you said and while my drift has improved it isn't totally gone. I opened and closed the right side green tab, should I do the same for the bottom? How do I totally get rid of it. It's annoying when I'm playing COD. @nikfixeswhatever

Thanks so much buddy this fixed it. I was able to unscrew the thumb stick so I just must them to the side and was able to open the sensors that way just fine. Definitely subscribing to his channel!!!

I just bought one and out the box the left stick feels like it's getting caught and then jumps when I rotate it clockwise. Around the 10-11 o'clock postion , I'm trying to find a fix.
