It seems to be a trend. If SAN parks are operating the trails, they are normally quite good and maintain them well. You should get the community together and speak to the local Government to find out what they plan to do. It's in the interest of tourism to have the trails open - and to find a win-win solution. Ndoda, the only spices we used here were salt, pepper, and mixed herb & garlic.

Hey Leon. 100% - and the beauty of a potjie is the leftovers the next day. Cabbage on top is also a great option. I've just had to cook 5 potjies at once for a function and the cabbage on top was a hit. 👍🏼

Hey Jaco. You could put some herbs in, like a garlic and herb mix, but we didn't want to overpower the lamb flavour. The vegetables give it a rich flavour also. For chicken - the spices and curries are awesome. I would have added chillies if the kids ate them ☺🌶🌶 but alas. Enjoy and let us know what you prefer. I'm always looking to try something new.
