It's my understanding dirivative damage doesnt crit however her initial hits is massive and it does crit. I've built her several different ways as you can imagine and I found crit/crit damage was the best way to build her.

That is a red herring fallacy. If he were telling the truth and not mislead, he would say no noticeable lung issues, but they do exist physiologically if we do expensive tests to measure certain parameters.

Of course his weight will fluctuate over a few days but no chance does an intelligent person (unlike yourself) think that that flux is sufficient enough to change the outcome!

The weight is also displaced in different areas of the upper body. That was also an assumption that all the weight was on one area of the body.

You do know that the assumptions Dr. Martin made was by using the weights he was given? HE didn't personally weigh Chauvin, but he ASSUMED that the weight he was given was correct. It's really not the self own you think it is.

In terms of George Floyd's cause of death, Martin Tobin was probably the most important witness. If Chauvin is really guilty, the prosecution missed out. If Chauvin is really innocent, the defense missed out. If he is guilty, Tobin could've included standard deviation when he calculated average for man in 40s and "healthy". Then argued that even with the error bars and uncertainty, his arguments still hold. That would've cast away reasonable doubt when Nelson argued that he only calculated a specific nanosecond in time and that with every nanosecond, there are fluctuations. Tobin instead of just saying that he calculated assuming 50% of the weight was on the neck, he could've calculated a minimum weight, say hypothetically even if like 10% of the weight was on the neck, it would've killed him. There is no way the defense could've reasonably suggested only 10% or less of weight was on the neck and talked their way out of that. Sure, the weight can fluctuate nanosecond to nanosecond, but it is unreasonable to claim it was at any point less than 10%. It isn't hard to optimize an equation on Excel, MATLAB, R, or any software to determine minimum. Just take the derivative of the equation and calculate. If he is innocent, Nelson could've asked Tobin the above. He could've argued that if he brought in 2 scales and put his knees on each scale, he can be upright and fluctuate his weight between the two scales without notice, then be like, "If I weight 180 lbs, can you tell if I have exactly 90 lbs on each scale? I can put 140 lbs on one scale and 40 lbs on the other without you noticing. Then, I can move my weight and make it so that 120 lbs is on one scale and 60 lbs is on the other scale, again without you noticing. Tobin's equation works for 50% weight, but does it work for 40%? 45%? 48%?" That would rebut Blackwell's argument that people did not notice any movement, because shifting weight isn't noticeable with the naked eye. It would've cast reasonable doubt on the jury. He could've also argued that taking averages is misleading without a standard deviation. An average of 100 units with a sample of 2 could mean each individual was 100 units or it can mean one was 130 units and the other was 70 units. But all of Tobin's testimony, from the officers on Floyd's back etc led up to the knee on the neck killing him. So I am not ignoring Tobin's "broad" testimony so to speak as Tobin's defenders claim that I am. Nowhere in his testimony he presented statistical or error analysis that even a high school student would has taken AP statistics can do. He should've at least included standard deviation with his average calculations. Like for example, an average of 200 units can be misleading. If the sample size is 2, is it 199 and 201 giving an average of 200 or is it 300 and 100 giving an average of 200? No 95% confidence intervals, no p values, nothing.
