Playing Devil's Advocate for Jujutsu Kaisen's Ending

There is a lot of discourse around Jujutsu Kaisen’s recent ending, to many, JJK’s ending was rushed and unsatisfactory. While I mostly agree, there are already a ton of great videos deconstructing the ending. I wanted to spice things up a bit, so in this video I play devil’s advocate for the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen. The beautiful part of life is that it is impermanent, requiring us to make the most of our finite time. In this video, we discuss examples of Memento Mori within Anime and the many lesson...

Speaking of Studio Trigger, I think that studio should adapt My Hero Academia: Vignettes. The art style of that manga just really fits the studio and I think it would be a fine adaptation.
That would be fire! Their style matches perfectly
I would really like a studio that is just good at conveying movement, main studio that comes to mind is obviously ufotable, but mappa has shown they also are able to do really good movement i just don't want them because i won't know if they would give it a good schedule, studio bones would also be really good with their snappy animation style, but my personal favorite has to be studio trigger, they have the same snappy animation style as studio bones wich i love and from what i know they don't take alot of shows at the same time, they are also connected to netflix so they have alot of budget
Great points!
My ideal choice is Ufotable. To me this series would fit their style like a glove. And if they turn a series as mid as KnY (I will die on this hill believing that series wouldnt be the juggernaut it became if anyone but them animated it btw), I could only imagine what they could too a series as amazing as Kagurabachi.
I think ufotable cause they worked on demon slayer a sword fight anime and same with kagurabachi plus ufotable has the best cgi
Deen or 8bit would go mild 🤯
Pierrot already has a lot of projects going on for them, BIG ONES. It wouldn't be logical to take up something new when you have years worth of seasons to give out of few of the biggest titles to date. Though they have brought out some really beautiful looking swordfights in anime...
For me the best studio picks are Wit studio & production ig. I would have loved if it's picked by A1 or Mappa but they already have too much projects on their hands.
Cap leaks lmao. These leaks probably fake
Could be, just wanted to make a video for speculation
Mappa
nnot 8-mid for the love of God look what they did to blue lock
Let wit make the anime
another studio that I considered is science saru, I think it'll be in good hands based on how they animated and adapted their most recent work, dandadan which have an insane artwork and action panel like kagurabachi
Me: sciende saru 😐
Madhouse
I don’t know why but for some reason J.C staff and White Fox always came to my mind whenever discussing a studio to be in charge of Kagurabacchi
Interesting choices!
JC Staff? do you want this to be bad? lmao
@ That’s what I was thinking too. I really don’t know why that was the first studio😭
All of them
Tms better get on after what they did with Baki I don’t trust them I don’t even trust them with sakamoto days
Yea it's gonna be interesting to see how Sakamoto Days is animated throughout the season
it should be periott films ngl
My problem with Mappa studio is that their characters are like jello, when doing fast movements they use smear frames a bit too much in my opinion making characters look more liquid than solid strong people with bones. But I guess that's what peeps mostly associate with god tier animation nowadays. Personally I'd say Madhouse or Clover works.
That's a fair point, but I think it works well during some fight sequences, hopefully we get a nice mix of styles for Kagurabachi
Clover works should the art matches the studio as ufotable has bigger interests
I like Clover works but they seem to specialize more in slice of life series. A dark action series like this doesn’t seem like their wheelhouse
It should be ufotable
never peirrot
Idk they are cooking with Bleach TYBW right now
@@D6Discussions og bleach and naruto black clover
In your opinion who should animate tower of God season 3 ??
That's a good question. Given more time for production, I think Answer Studio could provide a solid adaptation. But if I were to pick another studio, I'd like to see Bug Films' (Zom 100) take on Tower of God!
@D6Discussions for me it's ufotable. But sadly I know it won't happen 😔😔
Kind of think Ufotable would be a good fit.
This is obviously BONES.
I think Studio Wit should animate this one to be honest, theyd get the eyes perfectly done, idk Studio wit just does it differently man
The fight/katana choreography would go crazy
@D6Discussions facts
I think mappa will end up taking it but i definitely dont want tms studio and cloverworks is also okay but peirrot is also great but they are too busy now and mappa to so i think it would be cloverworks but i want ufotable definitely ❤❤
Mappa is amazing at fight scenes
Bones should’ve done it
Saru or studio 4c
I would love to see science saru's creativity with Kagurabachi!
@ same with studio 4c. Hopefully one day we can get a proper Scott Pilgrim adaptation.
BONES!!!
I think studio A Cat is woth mentioning but they can do it only after "Ending before even started" :)
If MAPPA gets this one, Imma lowkey be heated 😭🙏
TMS made great seasonal adaptations like Dr. Stone and can handle long runing series to, like Detective Conan which longer than One Piece. Pierrot have some bad adaptations like Tokyo Ghoul and shows with 90% fillers like Boruto and black clover, but have many great series too and reached new heights recently with Bleach. Mappa's adaptations are amazing too and they proved how great they can handle darker stories with Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man, but there are problems, because they overworked. So all 4 can be good, but I hope one of the other 3 will make it instead of Mappa.
Great take! I agree all 4 would definitely do Kagurabachi justice, I just hope that the animators are given a fair schedule
These leaks hold no credibility but i appreciate the speculation
Ideally, I would say that the best choice imo, is mappa, especially the Seishimo line of animators who are the team responsible for jjk and chainsaw man. Mainly because if Shota Goshozzono was the series director and the production had a good schedule and the extensive connections he has with talented animators in the industry, they would create a masterpiece of a product. But because of the state theyre in rn, they shouldnt take on the project. I would say in a parallel universe, whereby mappa has a good production schedule, it'd bee the best pick ngl
100% agree, in a perfect world I would love to see Shota Goshozono and his team on the adaption, but yea I think it will be a while until they have that kind of time unfortunately
Production I.G or Jc Staff
I love the fluidity of I.G projects, Jc staff is an underrated pick as well
@@D6Discussions Jc staff did Index spin off which is railgun and they did Danmachi season 4 so i think they're a really good studio but Danmachi LN fans not liking season 5 so idk. I have faith they will deliver on OPM season 3, so I would say I.G for now.
Pierrot they might cook
Don't let MAPPA animate this one. Let their animators rest.
we dont want their animators to rest for good. they deserve a very long break
マッパの従業員はお金持ちですよ
@@Akkvvvolnah they broke, considering how much work they put in they should make way more.
Not MAPPA! Please!!!
Clover and trigger work together
Ur an axtual dumbahh for making this video based on anything tsumi said, who is known for posting fake stuff all the time
I was going to make a video about this but genuinely I feel like I’m worried for whoever will get Kagurabachi and how it will be handled. The fact that Sakamoto Days, which is a heavily action based manga, went to TMS shows that companies are just trying to get whatever studio they can because of all the different anime in production. Also I wouldn’t put too much stock into what Tsumi is saying because that guy does a lot of fake leaks. The fact is that MAPPA’s best team working on both JJK and CSM is already a hell hole and there’s no way they can throw in Kagurabachi to that team and so it would probably go to the Hell’s Paradise team if it went to MAPPA which people would not want. CloverWorks’s best team is also trying to juggle 3 high profile projects (Bocchi, My Dress Up Darling, and Elusive Samurai) and so there’s no way that team can take on any more stuff. Ufotable I think could be a good candidate after Demon Slayer but there’s rumors that they don’t want to take on another shonen. Madhouse’s best team is preoccupied with Frieren, WIT’s best team is having massive overwork problems with Yaiba and if The One Piece continues, that team will also be busy for many years. And both Madhouse and Bones’ best teams never worked on battle Shonen before (probably out of disinterest) and in Madhouse’s case they have Frieren to worry about. As for who’s left, I feel like shows are going to have to end for that to be the case but at least Bleach is coming to an end on Pierrot’s end so maybe that could free up staff. Fire Force and MHA are also ending so maybe that can free up some people. I just say this because a lot of studios already have more on their plate than they should be able to handle and they aren’t just vending machines that can pump out any anime people want. Trigger I also unfortunately don’t see likely. They don’t typically adapt manga with them saying Delicious in Dungeon being a pretty special case. I feel like surely Kagurabachi has to get a premium adaptation because it’s “up next” but as for how that will even happen is beyond me
Well said! I completely forgot to consider some of Cloverwork's ongoing projects like Dress up Darling, hopefully around 2026-2027 one of these studio's will have room to start production. Yea it unfortunately seems like Ufotable isn't interested, time wise I think the best bet will be Pierrot depending of if they want to do Hell Arc or not. No matter who ends up doing it I just hope they have the proper amount of time for an adaptation. Thanks for the heads up on Tsumi, wasn't 100% sure they were credible but just wanted to speculate here. Your videos are sick btw!
@ Thanks a bunch! And also I don’t wanna discredit your video entirely btw because you bring up some good points about certain studios/teams being able to capture certain types of shows well and just the conversation in general of which studio will get it is worth having. It’s just a little hard not to get a little doomer about it when hearing about all the overwork in the industry and that Kagurabachi will probably be subject to those same issues. I do hope the best for the adaptation though
maybe blue lock studio has a chance.💀
🤣🤣🤣
No way bro believed Tsumi and made a video☠️. He's one of the biggest frauds.
🤣 I know I know, I mainly just made this for speculation
People don't give Cloverworks enough credits which I think is one of the best studio
Highly underrated!
My money is on mappa
Not a bad bet
Ufo table. Because if that the case. They now animated 3 animes with sword is the important thing in the story 😂
Studio Hibari could probably do the adaptation
That's an underrated pick! I think they would do it justice
“When they have a big ticket adaptation on their hand, they always deliver” *Mappa executing Hells Paradise in the corner
Bro is so right
Bro it looked good to me
Lmao yea you're right Hell's Paradise was probably made by their B team but I still enjoyed
Hells Paradise wasn’t terrible but Mappa managed it terribly and it really should have been treated as a project as big as jjk or chainsaw man. I’m pretty sure they had a bunch of interns and new animators working on it that they didn’t have the funds to have people properly managing them or guiding them on animation.
