@@Curiousgamer20 I'd love to have a more simulator type of automation that could reflect to real world problems and certainly would be awesome to play with scenarios irl wouldn't even dare to try in fear of losing a lot of money from catastrophic damages. Anyways, yeah i own a workshop and as you can tell my ecu tuning experience unfortunately is super restricted because of those irl (money budget) limitations

@Curiousgamer20 that first 4cyl turbo truck engine is already a very close analogue. From what I know, they were feeding ~85PSI of Boost at it to achieve that performance, and drivers said that it was constantly toeing throttle in turns to maintain boost, then full throttle exiting turns to maximize boost output. A real "all or nothing" setup.

@@Curiousgamer20 The story of those F1 motors is almost comedic... BMW bought road cars with at least 250k km on the odometer, and left those engine blocks out in the snow, occasionally urinating on them. This was a combination of near-Cryo treatment, causing the metal to shrink and stabilize the metal grain structure, and relieving stress. Since the engines had already experienced heavy use loading, they were machined flat, and any warpage they assumed was left as is, because if it was a weakness, it would have already failed. The various chemicals present in the urine formed a Nitride layer which toughened the metal, and BMW later learned how to industrially do it, but the urine was an accident... They didn't want the blocks to crack from freeze expansion of water in places, so they peed on the blocks to remove ice 😆 it wasn't maltreatment, and it wasn't a purposeful action, but the beneficial Nitride layer was found to be a simple surface hardening technique, much akin to Anodizing or Case hardening other metals
