More cars you put on the faster it will go
The reason of this is- if you push a plastic ball down a hill it rolls, if you push a ball with more weight its goint to move faster.

AFAIK the longest in real life was a 40 car train on a Vekoma Indoor Family Coaster. Since each car could seat 2 riders in-line that train had a insane capacity of up to 80 riders.
