Almost the last market of this season. I came a bit earlier than previous weeks, and noticed that there were many sellers but a lot less buyers compared to the last two weeks. As the pigeons on sale are passing the critical period in which they start to fly and leave the cage, there were more boxes closed than in the beginning of the season. Leuk gefilmd, mooie opnamen ondanks het weer, het geeft een goed realistisch beeld. Altijd interessant en gezellig, de duivenmarkt in Lier. Natuurlijk zijn het niet allemaal kampioenen, dat wordt ook niet gezegd. Met enige regelmaat heb ik daar zelf een knappe duif weten aan te schaffen, tevens enkele zeer bruikbare gezonde oudere duiven. Gewoon proberen. Grotendeels vitesse/midfond. Niet teveel kijken naar ‘kleuren’ en misschien een paar euro extra uitgeven voor een uitdaging, echt een aanrader voor 2025 👌🏼👍🏼
