My two online friends have introduced me to Star Trek, and a few minutes ago, I just finished watching Into Darkness for the first time ever (with them on facetime). Immediately after finishing the movie, one of my friends told me I HAD to watch this specific video. and it. was. worth it. the way you synced the clips to the music, the way you cut between parallels in the different movies, the different scenes, the different character moments. ugh. i'm in love. this is SO good. like so, so good. wow. incredible. from somebody just getting into the star trek fandom, thank you SO much for making such a masterpiece.

I've been seeking out comforting older fandom content after seeing Endgame, and this hit the spot. Really excellent work! I especially loved the "I've got soul but I'm not a soldier" sequence ending in that iconic shot circling the team.
God I haven't watched this in years but I saw it in my old favourites folder and I decided to rewatch it now as a video editor myself, and honestly I'm blown away. The cuts are snappy but easy to follow, you've got a really good narative going through the background, and it ends on such a good note! Incredible work, thank you!
