I was lucky enough to see Jim and Red perform this back in around '76 or '77 and it was awe inspiring. My vinyl copy of this wore out long ago, thanks for posting this!

Just me or this sounds a lot like "Unfinished Business" off of his album "Concierto?"

I have the album. It was a limited-edition. The other side just says RED MITCHELL BASS. It was recorded at a New York eatery called Sweet Basil's. You can here glasses, etc being bussed as well as a cash register in the background. Everything about this album exudes high quality. They had just come off of a several week tour playing in Japan. I think somewhere in the book enclosed with the album is a reference to Red's bass being some two hundred years old and so unique sounding. Great post!!
