Welcome Everyone ! I've been a nomad for 17 years now. 15 years was in travel trailers. When my truck and last camper that I just sold were getting too old to stay on the road I decided to build out the bus you see.
Changing Ford Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) on 1995 F350 DRW, 7.3L Turbo Diesel / E4OD /ABS Brakes.
Install of VSS Sensor (Ford Part# F85F-9E731-AB) located on rear differential. Symptoms- OD Light flashing on shift lever, hard shifting in some or all gears, speedometer not working. Truck has OBD 1 connector. Check fuse in cab drivers side bottom of dash near driver door. 7.3 Liter Powerstroke Turbo Diesel, 2wd, Dual rear wheels (DRW), E4OD Automatic Transmission w/ Overdrive (OD), Anti-lock brakes system.
Vehicles without ABS use different sensor.
