At the end of your video, there was the spot with chairs, overlooking the water. Where is that? I had the lobster roll at Casa Mia and Lobster barn, both were excellent. Richard's closed up when we got there...nice town, a little isolated. We stayed there for a week, very nice people

St. Dunstan's Cathedral in Charlottetown close to Victoria Row, a pedestrian with several restaurants, cafes' that are close to the news Library, health food store, coffee shops & vegan restaurant etc... . On Water street is Founders Food Hall & gift Market. It is next to Receiver coffee with hommebaked breads and desserts.

Charlottetown Farmers Market opens Saturdays 9-2 and in summer on Wednesdays 9-1 - Angelica has a stand and bakes German desserts and breads. Bon appetit!

Leonhard's in Charlottetown Cafe owned by a German who moved on the Island years ago and opened a restaurant that offers some incredible food including German delicacies. A must try.

My older sister and her son and friend moved there today. I thought she lost her damn mind moving from Vancouver to there but we shall see. She doesn't know a soul there. She just bought the Dawson House bed and breakfast in Charlottetown, and will be living and running that place. Hoping it all turns out.

Lovely place

My dad was born on Panmure island in 1922. His house was at the end of the dirt road. It was moved from the island in the winter when St Mary’s bay was frozen and moved across to my 2nd cousins property that overlooks the bay. My cousin lived in the house until 2012 and then replaced it with a new house. My relatives have lived in the area since the 1700’s. Have you heard of the Calamity Brothers?

There are new owners at the lobster barn. Their lobster roll has improved and I thoink is the best on the island. they have three options, aa hot one, the orrigonal aand /chef Mike's new Garlic Aoili lobster roll which is the best.

In case that you weren't already told, I recall that the Fanning school was moved from the last right hand corner of the main road leading down to the Malpeque harbour and camp grounds - the corner is filled with bushes. Also the beach light house was probably erected as an attraction only for the provincial park.
