do we need to warm up before using the mobo?
If you have limited range of motion in the ankle/big toe it might not be a bad idea to loosen those areas in order to maximize your MOBO work. In general, a warm up does not seem necessary. You can actually use the board as a warmup for other exercise. Good luck & enjoy!
