What a great challenge! I think this is an excellent way to quickly improve skills - being regular and doing it even when we aren't exactly "feeling it" - But I do know we will never create something cool if we do nothing! Haha! Fun video!

That was a super challenge! A lot of colours for one small page, but you made it work ❤the patchwork bear was adorable and adding the extra details to create more opportunities to colour was brilliant.

I did 520 pencils on a colouring page earlier this year. Luckily the trays of colour were grouped, so I could take a subject and just say to myself these 2 trays are just this one thing. It meant each object at least had a colour theme. But it was definitely hard to pre plan too much. I had to work in layers a lot, but working on colour families for specific areas, definitely helped. It's funny you are struggling at the end with the greys. They're honestly my favourite colours to use. I'm not a grey fan in general, but for alcohol markers and pencils, I love how much they can bring something to life. Outlining things wasn't a bad idea really, the main drawings are already outlined, so honestly it just makes the things you added match 🙂❤
