Hey hey! I actually went to an Ace hardware with the bolt and found a lock washer that sort of works, it's a bit sketchy and I just feel like it's a bad design on ASV's part but I haven't had much issue after that. As far as the size goes I cant even recall.. but I didn't use a washer, just left the bolt on the "loose" side

@@LifeWellRidden We have. A mini moto race round at 61 every year. I think the fastest time we saw that weekend was a 55 second lap on a Grom.

I have no idea for the recall requirements, this is a first for me but there hasn't been a recall for my specific year (2021). KTM just "did the right thing" and fixed it for me.. but as of the latest news over the last few weeks, seems they are in deeeeeeep sh!$ hahaha

I've got a whole setup on there so its the Zeta bark busters with Zeta U brackets (to get around cables) and then the guards are the Zeta integrated turn signal guards. I believe I have a whole install somewhere?? more so talking about my mirrors haha - ruclips.net/video/hg8utdwkOk4/видео.html

Hahah after the first couple laps on the Honda there was no choice hahah it is crazy how different they perform and handle! Really happy with the Honda setup and a 16.5 front to make this the most fun I have had in a long time!

Holy crap that is a great perspective! It did feel "ridged" probably because of the slow speed, I don't feel that when at a larger track! I will probably leave the 690 the way it is and keep the Honda dialed for just kart track. Do you ever feel your 701 is too much power for such small tracks?

@@LifeWellRidden It can feel that way if you run stock gearing ratio which is horrendous at low speed

A lot of great insight here.. I love in the US getting blamed for thing's the dealer did like that bolt.. I know I didn't break it, I've done 6 oil changes for far on this bike and no issue?? But anyway.. it is a rip, it just seems to be the norm around me since we have such a limited selection of dealers so I'm sorta screwed. I'm glad KTM covered the big auto-decomp failure for me but that still doesn't help my wallet on the 6k service.. Keep riding man and get even more than that 30k!!

@@LifeWellRidden full evo 2 kit is. -Cam -Full akra (big one for racing, not smcr or exc) -Evo map -Remove airbox and install k&n filter ( with heat shield) Mine is a 2009 enduro r with sm rims. On dyno is 70.4whp. Oh yes, i got the paper 😏 And remember stock is 59whp.. so it gets frisky But i got to say. Yours looks better. U just need to add a 180/55/17 at the rear. Makes the ass look so much more full and sexy 🥰🤩

@@LifeWellRidden ive ridden 17k was at my ktm dealer last year. Mecanic wanted to buy it. Mint condition. Do u guys run 98 octane? With 0% e10? If u guys experience the cam / evo 2 kit as poor quality, its prob air temp / fuel quality 🤘

I could agree with that, messing with anything from the factory can cause issues BUT I didn't have this thing set to kill, I don't have the hottest map on here or even a custom tune and a majority of the mods that can be done are simple bolt-ons that MAYBE add 4-5 hp.. if a motor cant handle that then I question what really goes on for a "ready to race" bike. At the end of the day it seems like an engineering failure regardless of the power but then again who knows..

They are pretty damn bright but people never look up from their phones..

That is something I probably should have thought of haha But I don't remember ever finding a "plug" for these even tracing them into the wiring harness..

Good question! I think it comes down to the type of bike you ride. I will say, with my 690 I could do it by myself IF I hooked up the straps and left them within a reachable distance. The front chock does not hold the bike upright nor do you have a good spot to put the kick stand down to hold the bike up. If you have anything heavier (or larger) than a sport bike or even 690 Sumo then I would suggest a 2nd person.. If you got a Harley then I pray you have at least 3 people hahahah

I have been contemplating a school.. but there really aren't any in Chicago area, I think more seat time will help a ton and hopefully going to kart tracks near me will help! But so far this CRF is awesome hahah

We are in the same boat man! Kids and life get in the way so I usually only spend about an hour to maybe 3 max filming and then have to edit in the late hours of the night to get things accomplished. If you plan your time out you will be surprised with what you can get done! I believe in ya!

@@LifeWellRidden the lever guards look cool, but they definitely don’t offer as much protection on track, I’ve had guys reach over while racing and try and grab my front brake or kill switch me before. With the wrap around it’s almost impossible.

I really didnt.. I probably could have spaced them out with some washers or a new part from Zeta but to be honest I wanted to switch it up a bit, try something new! I would have to agree with you, the reservoir IS ghetto hahaha like it wiggles around while you ride and you see all the fluid slosh around and it seems like cheap ass plastic hahahaha But I will have to say, regardless of the pain in the ass to install it is worth it!

@@LifeWellRidden Go for Rotty Reservoir. My 23 had the Brembo reservoir and switched to rotty. Much cleaner. I have the Brembo master and Stylema caliper. No mirror mount, but whatevs since youre using other mirrors. I also have the Zeta clamps and spacer for the handguards, but I have barkbusters
