Today we're playing and demo’ing Ed’s own ‘vintage’ guitar - a 1978 Tokai Springy Sound. Beyond a Stratocaster-style guitar, these were build as copies of original Fender guitars following the steady decline in quality output from the Fender factory in the 1970s. These are bit of a hidden gem and great way to get into the vintage market without breaking the bank! Let us know if you’ve ever had a more affordable piece of vintage gear!
