Nice you show my cute mod thank you very much... I now have 2 RE-303 and a newly built TB-303, the mod is hardly distinguishable in sound I think it reaches 99.9 per cent if you turn down the VCF of the TD-3 a little.

I mean the list is quite alright. But I would've kept atleast one bassline from AFX's analord series, it had pretty cool basslines, I would've altered it with the bassline which is on the #7 but other than that, the list is pretty neat and I guess I would've kept phuture's acid tracks a bit higher, but that's just my opinion because I like these tracks quite a lot, cool list though.

My TD3 certainly sounds closer to the Original TB303 after the essential mods.

If these could be uploaded to my UB-Xa individually, into a location of my choice, I'd willingly buy them. Bank B currently has all my favourites and I simply don't have the time, energy or willingness to faff around any more than I already have to. Boy do we need a third-party librarian for this synth!

Great vid, Any chance you could do a patch or presets play thru vid? There are only a couple of videos on line and everyones vid is just arpeggiator which makes it hard to gauge what this thing is capable of. Tim shoebridge just did a long vid but not much playing or presets. Seems like the only way to get one now is used which is a big gamble cause no returns.

I loved the jam! About the rig: I hope it doesn’t feel too uncomfortable that you have to lean over quite a distance to reach the gear.

you shouldn't..i bought a tb303 because i had the opportunity, but also because of the td-3, i was very disappointed with the results, something was strange to my ears, and in the end, when you play the same patterns side by side without silence, our ears can distinguish easily, the sound is clearly not the same, just different : the td-3 has no grit, very harsh, lacks body. I decided to expose my thoughts & made a video on my youtube channel with comparaisons tb303vs the stock td-3 & i also a td-3 with the maffez mods which sounds quite far from the original! the titel of my video is "why you shouldn't sell your tb303" . Do these work with Firmware 1.4.6? Or will you need to update them?

Missing Hardfloor - Mahogany Roots. Also most of Emanuel Top's tracks are just what notes appear randomly when the 303 is turend on after not being connected to power :P

I cannot believe someone wrote they are quite close. The analog Behringer Solina sounds much better. It obviously sounds more organic. It sounds more controlled. There’s a lot more brilliance to the sound. Behringer’s phaser is also so way way better. You could work with the Arturia’s VST Solina for demo’s, but now that we can have a “real” Solina from Behringer dead cheap that sounds so much better and so much more like an original Solina; there is nothing to consider. Get the Behringer Solina.

How much are the packs

I've had one of these since Christmas and I have never saved a sigle preset. It is so easy to program and makes so many good sounds that I have never felt the need to save a sound.

i actually got a bit emotional when you said you sold it.. all that history you had with it. And it developed a personality.. :-( Not worth the money imo.
