The Craig Butler Phoenix Academy small minded dynamic will always set Leon Bailey back. In the end he may not get into the top 10 of the greatest Jamaican forwards ever not when the likes of Deon Burton, Marlon King, Walter Boyd, Luton Shelton, Ricardo Fuller and others are considered. At present Leon Bailey barely makes the top 10 and if that's the case why are we even talking about this dude?

Need more movement from Russell, but from what I have seen of him at the club level, that is his style. Funny enough, Sofascore's analytical software, which in my opinion does not capture certain nuances, has Latibeaudiere rated the lowest. Despite the rating, I like the prospect of him playing in midfield going forward. The tempo from our central midfielders has been a problem recently and he doesn't appear to have that problem. Respect for the support. Blessings!

IMO the defensive side was mostly good. There was a period from the 50 to 63 minute where he made unforced errors that took him down a point in the grading.

@@DeanBrown He is an intelligent footballer and seems to have a good understanding of the role. Brings better tempo and defensive stability to the role than some of the recent options there, despite him playing more in defense at the club level. We will have to see what the coach does going forward...

@@kurtsteele3228 Hard to judge how much Mapps did/didn't talk or how much King did/didn't listen. Agree with you on the defensive side for Joel. He reads the game well and is willing to put in a tackle. He looked more comfortable in the role than some of the people who are supposed to be specialists.
