The Wildhearts and Ginger Collection CD's, setlist, pick, t-shirts, tickets, posters, flyers, 7 inch
This is my Wildhearts/Ginger collection. I'm sure some UK collectors will not think much of it but please keep in mind that I'm a Yankee across the Pond.
My brother discovered The Wildhearts in 1995 when a local DJ played them on the radio. My brother found the US release of Suckerpunch and we were both hooked instantly. Being a USA Wildhearts fan wasn't easy. No live shows and import CD's. Now, I've seen The Wildhearts and Ginger several times including twice in England. This is the stuff I've managed to collect over the years. Hope you enjoy. Cheers!

These are the tickets I managed to save from shows I went to. A bunch of tickets are missing or there was no ticket. I should mention when I saw DRI with Kreator in 1988, Kreator was on the Out of the Dark tour. When I saw Kreator in 1989 they played with Coroner. Also, there were "riots" during the Slayer show in 1988 and the Fear show in 1992. Comment below if you were at any of these shows. ...

Boat Holiday July 2004 Albacore, Yellowtail, Bluefin San Diego

(CURSE WARNING) This was a 3.5 day (I think) trip aboard the Holiday in July 2004. It was wide open Albacore fishing a lot of the time. We also got into some kelp paddies with Yellowtail and I believe 1 or 2 Bluefin were also caught. I did not film any of this nor did I edit it. I was just an angler on the boat. There is some cursing when fish are lost so please be aware. Cheers!

This is about 1/2 of my punk rock CD collection. All of the bands in this video are from the UK. The next video will have even more UK punk but also some American punk bands and some crust and hardcore bands. Forgive me for my curiosity. I'm a 50-year music lover who knows next to nothing about your favorite style of music. Could you explain how any one composition in this style differs from any other?
I'm not really sure how to answer you. You would get 10 different answers from 10 different people. My advice would be to listen to some early bands from the 80's (Venom, Metallica, Slayer, Bathory) and then listen to some 90's bands (Dismember, Bolt Thrower, Entombed, Hypocrisy, Carcass) and hear the difference for yourself. @@andrewholmes3133 Yeah, I'm not holding my breath for them to come to the USA again. I'm not sure what to think about the new line up. 😐 Ginger has played some solo gigs here in LA at the Viper Room and also opened for the Toadies in 2009.

I wouldve liked to see the disc to see what pressings they r lol, alot the older ones looked like old pressing thoose r worth alot lol

Awesome Stuff Great Collection a lot of Cool and Rare stuff I have Some of those Didn't get too much into Suffocation u have their first one Effigy of the forgotten. Those Forced Entrys are Classic Gems Totally Priceless Uncertain future is Their Best it Totally Shreds As Above So Below. Even though it's a great Album as well. That's cool you have Slayer Reing in Blood and South of Heaven are their Best in my opinion Haunting the Chapel killer ep along with Live Undead I have just about all the Slayer Albums .Bathory is Legend I have about all the Bathory Some I don't got his Classics. Nailbomb Killer I used to have Proud to Commit Live Album Max Cavalera Side Project Awesome Stuff The Accused is Sick I have a lot of their Albums Exodus Bonded by Blood and Pleasures of the Flesh are my favorites

Oddly enough my CD collection does not contain any Exodus. I have Pleasure on LP and Bonded on cassette tape. Just never got them on CD for some reason. Cheers! 🤘

Suffocation so good! I only discovered them the last couple of years actually.. Sacred Reich for $6! that a nice deal. Great record too. Love Razor one of my all time faves too. Obit, Terrorizer, Dieicide and there is the Repulsion! killer collection man. Great vids. reminds me I should do a full CD collection overview sometime
Razor - Violent Restitution is one of the most under rated thrash albums of all time. It shreds from start to finish with talent. Glad you found Repulsion. Cheers!
Really getting into early Enslaved lately the first couple albums. Nice to see some DRI in there! Dealing With It is my all time fave by them. The album that I first got into them with. 🤘
I'll never forget holding a flyer for DRI during the Crossover tour in 86 or 87. I didn't go and I don't even have the flyer. I first saw DRI in 1988 on 4 of a Kind tour. Cheers!

Celtic Frost and Sodom were the 1st 2 hardcore metal bands I ever heard around 84-85. Venom and Metallica were soon to follow.

That's a debatable point. What you may not know is that I am limited in the amount of words I can use in the title and not limited in the description. In my title, I call it my Death Metal CD collection but in the description I call it my Death and Thrash Metal CD collection.
I think Sep walk that line of Death and thrash, well, they did back in the day. I was playing " Beneath" and " Arise" the other day wondering to myself why they are not considered " Death Metal". Oh well. I thought the last cd " Quadra" was surprisingly good. I'd stopped listening after Max left. The first few releases with Derek were not my bag.
I love the Sadistic Intent flyers! And that Destruction in store is amazing. Oh cool! I see my old band Willow Wisp when we toured with Christian Death.
