    Me and mom were great until I became a teenager and started to hang out with my own friends and then I got into a relationship at 17 it was like she turned on me because I was living life and doing more than she did. I remember when I was 22 I got to go on my first nice trip ever with a group of friends I got to fly for the first time and we all went to Las Vegas for my first time. I ask her to pick me up when we got home and I thought she would ask what was Las Vegas like? What was flying like? But no all she did was ridicule my friends all the way home never once asked if I had fun or anything. It got worse as she got older and her mental health declined. She once blamed me for controlling her car with my computer she told my dad I popped the trunk open, and rolled the windows down in her car with my computer. He said he was the scapegoat child yeah I learned that about 10 years ago I was the scapegoat of my family cause I was always nice and easy to deal with. I do think you crossed a line after the cops left please don’t call her a bitch in front of your nieces that’s wrong. You gotta take the high road, she started it and that hurts like hell I know,but you gotta remain calm until you get out of the situation. 2 wrongs don’t make a right. Just go on with your life and take the high road each and every time do not lower yourself to her level.

    My mum once accused me of stealing a peice of her jewellery and got my brother and his wife involved who berated me about it over and over again saying I was lying over and over and fliting from berating to condensing me - it turned out she lost it and then found it again.. All three never appologised to me for repeatedly berating me and accusing me of lying repeatedly.

    If someone will get the law involved over a misunderstanding they have little value for years of your life or your legal reputation.

    I saw the whole video, it's been a few years since the recording, hopefully you evolved. your father is a victim of this too. I observe the supply she gets when your upset, if you're still in the same living situation, try to keep you responses short, when she apologizes the response should have been a simple and cold "apology not accepted". dont try to get a admission of guilt, or try to abuse the abuser. believe me I went minimal contact and it was like torture to my narcissist.

    • @SevnLloydKing
      @SevnLloydKing 2 месяца назад

      Hey! Being completely honest, my father isn’t really a victim because growing up, he allowed me to be abused by her, knowing how her mental condition is because, “That’s my wife.” He was also abusive himself. However now, I’ve moved out and cut both of them off, and my quality of life has been eons better. I used to have insomnia, that’s gone. Other minor health issues I had are gone now (cortisol went way down). However there are times where I have random nightmares of my parents trying to call me maybe once every 6 months or so. It’s been less frequent as time as passes since I moved out. Currently, my birth giver has been stalking me and keeps messaging me and trying to crawl back into my life. I absolutely have zero tolerance for that or anyone associated with her, so I just cut off whoever indirectly tries to reel me in, family or not. So yes, my life has been the best it’s ever been moving from my parents. Really hate to say it, because I truly wish I had good parents, but that’s the reality. The reason I got pissed when she said sorry is because she does nonsense like this all the time. I stopped talking to her months before this happened. In the video she even states “He doesn’t talk to me” She calls the police because her keys were in the trenches of her underwear, and then proceeds to say “I’m sorry” as if I’m supposed to magically forgive her. To me, that’s just ultimate manipulation at its finest if I were naive. I hate behavior like that. I’ve dealt with that cycle for years, thinking my mother loved me, abusing me, saying sorry, I forgive her, move on, and repeat. It struck a nerve in me, and I wasn’t going to allow her to think her be would work again. I appreciate you inquiring about my situation, truly! I hope to be making more videos soon. I’ve been into photography, so I’m going to focus on that, hopefully.

      @KorinNicole It’s extremely tough to identify and realize a parent is a narcissist. It’s just an unnatural thing for a child to do with their parent. But I realized she wouldn’t care if were to “leave this earth.” That’s the only way I found out.

    I remember something like this happening to me when she full blow yelled a me for not wanting to get something then she started saying all this shit then when I yelled at her. My dad said oh you shouldn't never talk to her like that. He will always sit there and justify her behavior. He told me I need to apologize and I did but she never apologized to me. The enabler will always justify the partners behavior and never fully take your side. He's told me how my "mom" is a grown adult, she can do whatever she wants and he can't control her blah blah. She may be an adult but that doesn't give her the right to yell at her kids cause they either don't do something for her. She has blamed me before for taking her medicine when I didn't then then I'm defending myself I'm "disrespectful". I get told to be quiet and all of that. She then finds them, apologize and I just said Okay. Unfortunately, I still live in this toxic environment.

    You deserve better. I wanted to hug you the whole time. I remember having to deal with my nac dad who almost completely destroyed my mother and then turned on me and my brother. Luckily, my brother and me had the education to help us deal with dad and we both threatened to cut ties with dad and take mum with us. We are bengali (me and brother were born and raised in the west) and everytime, mums own ratsh** parents would side with my dad (her abuser) and pressure her into getting back with him. They were part of destroying her. Mum wanted to off herself more than once and she used to hysterically scream and cry here and there. Me and my brother had to become the wall for my mum and we threatened to call the police on dad. As expected, dad was and is still scared of actually big, tall strong men. True coward and a bully. My mum is better now and stronger than ever and is enjoying life and travelling. She knows she is loved by us kids who can and will protect her with our lives against her family and dad. I needed therapy three times and my brother is studying to become a therapist. Dads just his pathetic self lmfao. While we are healthy and starting to enjoy life. I once told dad he will be in a nursing home if he doesn't cut it out which shut him up. The whole comment section seems united in all our experiences with our narc parents. We are all here. And we all deserve to be here and happy, safe and healthy. I hope that you are ok and in a better place Sven. Thank you for sharing.

    My mother and I were estranged especially after I got married, and had 3 kids. Suddenly one day CPS showed up at my door after she made ridiculous allegations about me. She literally did not know my kids or me since for years we didn't talk. CPS would not leave me alone, and i became the scapegoat for CPS. My husband used that opportunity to conspire with CPS, behind my back, because he wanted a divorce unbeknownst to me. He made allegations that I had mental illness, and CPS took my kids for no reason. They gave my kids to my mother, in kinship care! They gave them to the psycho who hates me and abused me! Meanwhile, my husband took all our money and put it into an acct in his name only, destroyed every aspect of my life, and i was not allowed to talk to or see my own kids while they were held hostage in my Narc, Psycho mom's apartment. My husband was good with it because that gave him time to get his own place, and he was given full custody of the kids, and i've been scapegoated to hell. Now my own sons scapegoat me and have been brainwashed to hate me. My mother was so happy and gleeful watching me suffer during hearings and loved having control over my kids. She loved that my ex divorced me, and loves everything awful that has happened to me. Moral of the story is, make sure your mom never knows your address or anything about you. Stay far away, and make sure anyone like your dad or anyone who would give her your address has no knowledge of anything about you either.

    Blaming you for stealing the keys, while she knows you didn't. And calling the police on you while she knew the keys were in her possession is classical narc behavior. You did very well bro. The 'keys' thing and 'calling the police' sound familiar: because my mom did the exact same to me.. Among many other unspeakable things up til this day.

Because my own mother treats me like sh... everyone else treats my like sh... too. Because they know no one will defend me. My mother phones and gossip around the whole world to dogg me out. She is not aware people tell me this. She's after destroying my life. I'm busy on major plans I'm keeping to myself for now. But I'm blowing up very VERY soon. I've gone 0 contact with friends and family because they like to hear all the sh.... gossip and than report it to me instead of standing up for me

    Honestly, you both sound dysfunctional as hell. I don't care how much I dislike the narc in my life, I would never wish death upon them. That's some pretty intense shit to say. My mom was awful. Just awful, growing up... but damn. I'd never wish death on anyone. And your dad was honestly trying to have a conversation and all you did was interrupt him. Proving your point doesn't mean yelling/ talking over someone. It means speaking your piece and then allowing them to say theirs and coming to a mutual understanding. Not screaming over the top of each other. Your mom is fucked up, no doubt. But if your mom can't be the adult and handle shit in a healthy way, then you don't stoop to that level, you rise above it. Hang in there
