To be fair, you are forgetting one important point in this video. Shay has the Borgias behind him. Which means a non-stop influx of soldiers at his side. Are they straight up bad compared to assasins? For sure, but then again, they have a hole army they can just throw at them. I don't think Shay will let himself walk alone after being hunted. Not to mention he might be teaching some templars the ways of the assasins himself. Not sure the outcome will end differently, but it's sure something that should be considered.

Facts about his final moment: edward in fact almost killed couple of mercenaries but haytham distracted him and in that crucial moment, one of the mercenaries seize the opportunity to stab him. So he was not rusty at all, he was just caught off guard (also you need to remember that he only got 1 sword and not even had his full arsenal of weapons). I understand many people compared his death to joel but i say this is more realistic than joel because they ambush him at midnight and he only die because of his son.

I agree on most things, but I think in terms of battle experience we have to give everyone a tie. Yes, Altair was trained form Childhood, but so was everyone else. Bayek was an Medjai, getting trained form a young age. Eivor was a viking, so she/he propably got training from a young age. And about Kassandra, we can litteraly see in a flashback how she trains with her mom at the age of like 6-8 years old. And it propably wasn't her first time either. So I'd give them a tie. Also, combat speed goes to the trinity for me. Have you seen Kassandra and Bayek's Adrenanile attacks?
