    Is there any other excersice can I do instead of close grio bench press?

    • @Ben-lo3op
      @Ben-lo3op 5 месяцев назад

      It mainly trains the medial and lateral parts of the tricep so pretty much any tricep excersize that isnt an overhead movement would work, since they all target those 2 heads aswell

    This exercise is basically useless. Edit: it’s great for triceps. I super set this with skullcrushers.

    • @eidokun
      @eidokun 9 месяцев назад

      Been using this exercise, its for triceps not for chest, and as for any arm muscle, you activate it by repetition, not by loading but more reps to failure

    • @DJreeik
      @DJreeik 9 месяцев назад

      @@eidokun there are many other tri exercises which r better than this. People think it’s good for chest.

      @pizzaenthusiast7116 9 месяцев назад

      @@DJreeikthis is still a very effective tricep exercise and it’s good to switch things up after a while so you’re not just spamming tri pressdowns or one hand overhead’s forever
