First try at rolling shots with the Osmo Pocket 3. Overall the shots turned out pretty good. Defintely some tinkering required with some of the exposure settings to reduce some of the noise. 📺 What to watch next: ruclips.net/video/2gzQt1Em_4s/видео.html 🎥 My equipment: -DJI Osmo Action 4 -DJI Osmo Pocket 3 -DJI ND Filters -Rode Lavalier II (underneath cheek pad) 🏍️ Bike Specs -2025 Yamaha MT09 ...

After lunch Mark and I seperated from the group to head to Yea for a quick coffee before enjoying the sweeping twisties back into Whittlesea. The audio on the clip examples are mono? left ear only. Is this normal?
1:43
@glaviationcph I missed that thanks 😂
I’ve got a Dji osmo action 4 and with the nd filters it shoots so good day and night I can seem to figure out the popping noise with my Sennheiser lav mic with a dead cat and -12 gain it will occasionally pop still that’s my only complaint
I haven’t experienced anything just yet but time will tell. The other thing that seems to clean the audio up is using the chin guard on my helmet.
@ I’ve got one I think I’m gonna tuck it completely under my cheek pad and see then
Yep thats a good idea. I did try position the mic in a few spots outside of the cheek pad and none of them worked. It was only until I had it positioned directly underneath that it cut the wind noise right back.
Living the dream bro.
Hell yeah that's mint 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Gazzilion phones 😢
Yeah I’m with you
Nice content
Excelente cámara, solo que no tiene muy buen zoom si no fuera la mejor.
Get your bike shop to send it up to SRAM DSD for crash replacement repair..... For some bloody reason the majority of bike shops around Melbourne have no idea this place or service exists and it pisses me off to no end that they would just send you out with the only 2 options being, replaced $$$$ derailleur, or ride with crap shifting bend derailleur.... That's such poor form... Crash replacement/repair will cost a small amount, but derailleurs from GX upward and obviously axs ones are all repairable and it's much cheaper than replacing and obviously a better solution than what you were offered by your local... 😮😢
Wow seriously? I didn't even know that was a thing! This is the first I have heard it mentioned. Good info, thanks I’ll look into it.
@troythomas1 yeah no problem at all mate... We even had an AXS derailleur a customer bought in Canada, that he had brought back to Melbourne, and SRAM DSD sorted him a crash replacement... If you have any issues mate hit me up...
Good stuff man, nice song selection. Check out my debut single if youre into acid house. Anyway great set keep posting 👊
I like it! I’ve subscribed.
love it keep it up
Awesome footage Troy! We were there last year, looked a bit quieter this time. What's your POV camera set up? Looked so good.
Thanks! Yeah it wasn’t too bad in terms of how busy it was. I’m running a chin mount GoPro Hero 13 with Ultrawide lens. I have been planning on making a video showing off my settings and setup so I should have that done in the next 2 weeks.
GoPro really doesn’t do this track justice. It a steep trail in parts. Cool video
Haha not at all. I showed it to some friends and they said “why did you fall? Looks like a few little rocks nothing major”
@@troythomas1At 2:45 , your lack of fitness is apparent . Especially given the gradients and riding time accumulated to that point . Your accident tells us that you need to get a package of coaching lessons . My in - law would have no problem with this course as he is very fit and has very good stamina . He has done well in triathlons and is 48 years old . I did this and more challenging rides in the early to mid 1990's . I am 53 and will start riding with the in - law , Darren , from this Saturday . I have an Azonic X-Plore Team from 2005 . I am a bit old skool . I rode Andersons (difficult) trail in the 1990's regularly . I love road ride " Grand Fondo's" . Long day rides with some steep climbs to put me up to Zone 5 intensity for brief periods . You need to do some cardio training in the different zones . On the road I ride a Factor Ostro 8 .
@@troythomas1Use platform pedals only , until you refine skills with a coach first . I heard clipless mechanism sounds at 3:00 . Also a good idea at a trail with which you are not familiar .
@@troythomas1The fact that you were on a pedalec made your fitness look really poor , given the amount of puffing breath .
Nice ride. Is that a Focus Jam2 6.7?
Its the Jam2 6.9
Nice tunes dj and great mixing skills 🙏🦧🙏
Thank you for this video! I was hesitant to buy one for a small ESXi build based on the un-specified NICS.
No worries. I have been running mine since before I made this video and it hasn’t skipped a beat.
which esxi version did you install?
just noticed it's version 8.0.2 :D ordering a couple now. Thanks for your video.
Yep sorry for the delayed reply. As part of the Broadcom acquisition, VMware has marked the Free edition EOGA. I will be migrating to Proxmox to replace the hypervisor. kb.vmware.com/s/article/2107518
Hi Troy, could you share if the mini pc and VMs still running smoothly if you have like VMs running concurrently with N100 processor. Thank you.
We're still waiting for the next video ! I'm really curious about the performance of this little thing and how well does it perform running a few VM with different services. Keep up the good work !
Have had a few health issues get in the way unfotunately. I'll try put something together over the next few weeks!
@@troythomas1 any updates please?
I recently acquired two GMKtec G3 mini PCs. N100 based. Each has an Intel 225 NIC and ESXi installs with no issues. The machines support up to 32GB RAM and any size M.2 SSD you buy with it or add to the bare bones version. These little machines are really cool!
Yeah I agree mine has been running rock solid for for a good 6 weeks.
You did not encounter any issues with your nic? Awesome!! Most of these mini PC's come with the Realtek nic which is NOT compatible! Thanks for the video 😅 now I have to go shop for another gadget 😂 ...by the way, which NIC's comes with this mini ps please?
I’ll be honest, this was the biggest worry that I had. It came with the Intel i225 series NICs which worked without any custom drivers. I saw Amazon had these on sale. I’ve been running a virtual pfsense machine alongside a Wordpress vm which is working quite well so far.
@@troythomas1 great 👍 thank you.
Sorry but i have to ask, why would you get the U6 Lite when the U6 + is the same price but has twice the thruput and better antenna gain. (i have personaly used both and the U6 + also is far supperior in roaming between the APs)
That’s a good question. At the time the U6 lites were about $20 cheaper per AP so they seemed more appealing in comparison. From a throughput perspective my requirements aren’t too intensive so I figured I wouldn’t be missing realising the extra performance so I put the savings towards a POE switch instead. As little as those saving were haha
Love these videos, super helpful thank you
No problems. Thanks for watching!
