I just felt like making this for some reason lol. (edit: I matched up the lore with the lyrics, so that is why the words seem different :3 ) (edit: I am also so proud of this) LOREEEE!!!!!!!!!!! LOOOOOOOREEEEEEE!!!!!! This edit is mainly about the PlasmaWing Laser / Radar and his trauma and stuff. He was looked down on and bullied by his siblings: Berkelium (the red one - in the first half) and Helium (the blue one - in the first half) due to the fact he is a runt and that he has the uncontrollable ability to change his scale color depending on his emotion. During a training session his eyes got scratched by a HiveWing (the hivewing is named polybia), making his vision almost gone. After a fight broke out with the HiveWings and PlasmaWings (yes plasmawings ARE pantalian), Radar tripped into a river that lead out to the ocean (he couldn't see that's why he tripped), and then washed up on Pyrrhia, found by a SandWing called Barchan. Barchan (the sandwing) suggests that Laser should go to Jade Mountain, which he did, joining the Jade Winglet. After Trident had started the Sea Sand War, Laser found himself stuck on Sandstone's side of the war, which Colorless (gray rainwing) felt disappointed to have such a weak dragon on their side, and Sandstone (beige and orange sandwing with da danger noodle) felt defeated. but the only one who had not felt any of this was a SkyWing named Flare, which slowly developed a crush on Laser, as did he as well. Two months into the war, Laser had wandered off through the Sky Kingdom and near the Diamond Spray Delta, meeting Trident by surprise. without warning, Trident used his animus magic onto Laser, forcing him to stay in a mind controlled state. This lead Flare to always worry about where Laser had gone (he suspected that he ran away or had gone missing - kinda the same thing), soon possibly leading into defeat and depression... (yes I love lore.) if you have somehow read all of this ty >:)

SUNDEWWWW SUPREMACYYYYY!!!!!

I both love and hate Darkness of Dragons. It has some of the best character work in the series and Qibli is a blast to read, but the pacing is just all over the place and I can't help but feel like the author was winging it (no pun intended). It's not so much what it does, as it is what it doesn't do that irks me. Like I fell in love with the protagonists of this arc, but here Peril and Turtle are pretty irrelevant, Kinkajou and Winter are mostly just standing around, the plot threads about Onyx and Anemone kinda come out of nowhere, and Qibli cannot shut up about Moon for five minutes yet he refuses to confront his feelings for her. The ending honestly just feels really messy to me. However, despite all my gripes I still have a blast each time I read it; it is the epitome of everything I love and hate about the second arc.
