I love watching EOPO! My dad was in the cast, so we had the whole lot on Betamax when I was a kid. Love this lad's approach to pitching TV programmes. "I've got a cat and a dog." "I'd like to have a day on the beach." And they went for it. Brilliant.

I have read of the Test Card F sketch here before in the Test Card Circle magazine at one point although not seen it before. I know it was from about 1978 or 1979 or so at the time. Of course, Test Card F was being shown on BBC1 or BBC2; whereas this was I guess on the ITV network as it was made by LWT in London at the time; I don't know whether Test Card F was on ITV though. Thank you anyway of course too!!

I used to like Mop and Smiff, for some reason I missed it first time round and I didn't see it until Easter 1987 when I was 7. I heard the sad news about Mike last year, I also read an interview with him where he said Mop and Smiff died in 1989 both aged 14, Smiff first and then Mop within 2 weeks of her. At least they reached a good age and Mike is with them again now

Dudley Stevens not only plays Shakespeare, but it's his beautiful voice singing the William Shakespeare song---and belting out Shakespeare's rock song. Dudley was a mainstay of The Players Theatre, which kept alive the tradition of Victorian & Edwardian music-hall. Members (often including Dudley, in the 1970s-80s) of the Players did the opening numbers on every episode of "The Good Old Days".

My dad watched this, I was 7 at the time and I just about remember it. The pacing reminds me a bit of 'Three of a Kind' which I really enjoyed and remember much better. Good to see this up though as it is a rarity even if it isn't everybody's cup of tea.

I was very sad to hear Mike had died. I remember Mop and Smiff quite well, but I hadn't heard of Mike Mop and the Moke until more recently. I remember reading an interview with Mike a few years ago when he said Mop and Smiff both lived to be 14 and sadly died within two weeks of each other
