I have a solution for this. Already tested and working like a charm. Not sure how long it will last but here goes. First go out and buy "JB Weld 33301 Total Repair - Accelerated Instant Cure Super Glue, 0.18 oz" comes with a UV light attached which cures the glue instantly and hardens. JB weld says it has about 2700PSI of strength and withstands temps of around 300F. Apply small amounts at a time to each side of the triangle piece that is protruding from the flap piece and utilize the UV light to cure. Once you have all 3 sides cured. mate the triangle piece and see if it fits snug. If slightly loose, then apply a small amount of glue to each edge and cure it with the UV light. Then try again, if slightly hard to mate the triangle piece you are ready to put all back together. once you have the manifold flaps put back in place. Slide the female throttle piece into position, using slight force and making sure the flaps are facing the correct position. Then test out the function with your hand. Once you notice this has no play what so ever, you are done with that part. Now you will need to also buy "2.0T TSI Intake Manifold Lever Arm Fix Kit" Install that in place to prevent the triangle intake manifold arm from slipping back out. This device will ensure that doesn't happen. Voila, problem solved. You can use this technique on Audi/Volkswagen's that have the same style intake manifold issues.

I reset it a 6 times and it worked, let the car idle after reset, the. Turn it off and do it again.

Can I apply this on Audi original speakers?

I wouldn't do this "easy fix." Instead, I applied J-B Weld 50139 Plastic Bonder Body Panel Adhesive and Gap Filler Syringe - Black - 25 ml on the cracked area and the rattle is gone. There are ton of RUclips videos showing this better option of easy fix. P.S Use a plastic tool to prevent damaging the car trim.

i replaced the intake and im still getting misfires and still showing its the manifold when getting scanned, ive pretty much tried it all. has anyone else had this problem?

I know this video is a little older but here I am in 2023 and I have a 2016 Tiguan with 85K miles and the local VW dealership confirmed there is an extended warranty for this part. I'm taking my car in to have it fixed under warranty.

Motor mounts are not throwing codes, but I gat a vibration/growl from the engine. Changed my driveshaft carrier for an HD one. Mounts were next steps to eliminate this ...

Dude, removing that plastic cover should NEVER be done with a metal object. The plastic is vulnerable. Car mechanics always use plastic prying tools which you easily can buy. Always open plastic with plastic. Your advice: you can use a butter knife is just not good.
