Optional Introduction fait partie de l'oeuvre ? Je n'ai jamais vu ce passage
Very Impressive!!!
Despite being based off of the Opera Norma, I see many techniques Borrowed from Reminiscences de Lucrezia Borgia
Is 16:06 a Reference to Liszt's Reminiscences de La Juive?
Good ears. It is a reference to the La Juive Fantasy with the interlocking chromatic octaves followed by a broken octaves section.
@@stevenwanyhcomposerI noticed this because the page looked so identical and the text is the same lol
unexpectedly really beautiful, wow
if this was written by Liszt i could already imagine the 1000s of virtuoso pianists almost in a race to champion this gigantic piece, we would be talking of the "golden age" pianists in reference to this brilliant (albeit computer generated) interpretation of this brilliant piece. Bravissimo!
Bravo🎉
This is amazing. You are very talented. It would be wonderful if you explained something about how to construct these opera fantasies, maybe in some videos. Moreover, I can't wait for your Fantasia on Un ballo in Maschera!

chopin’s torrent etude + alkan’s le chemin de fer
Well done!
🎉🎉🎉🎉 Nice is like a combination of Torrent and Chopin's Prelude 16
I see a strong influence with Chopin's torrent etude

Incredible ! I realy love this piano version 🥰

Based on a theme by the aliens in Close Encounter of The 3rd kind.
Beautiful
That sounds good
Brilliant
That's so nice. How did you catch the style of the young virtuoso Liszt in every aspect (cadenza, variation on themes, transitions, nice harmonies)?
I have developed my Lisztian style of composition for several years. During this time, I listened to a lot of Liszt pieces, and from time to time, I will select excerpts of Liszt's pieces to analyse (in terms of harmony, structure, altered scales in cadenza etc.) Nahre Sol did an excellent video on breaking down Lisztian elements in music, such as alternating two harmonies to weave cadenzas and chromatic mediant modulations. You can check that out too.

Is this even possible to play? 😮 nice arrangement 🎉❤
❤
Very Pianistic. Well done. The general midi is horrible and does not do it justice. Try to find someone with a good sampled Steinway concert grand and a fast computer who can record it again. That would be great.
7:59 awesome, and 13:45 Very nice
10:51 reminds me of chopin (finale of 3rd sonata)
Nice❤
is there print out sheets

The best Transcription I’ve heard. Reminds me of Liszt, or Tausig.
Brilliant! Hope we can hear a real performance of this amazing work some day in the future! 👏🏻👏🏻
Saint saens?
Fantastic!
No es Mendelsson.
Mendelsson?
One of the most important themes beginning in bar 9 of the overture, the motif that sets up the entire opera, and you didn’t include it…why?
So, several things: 1. The triplet motif of that theme has been utilized throughout the whole piece. My explanation of the piece's structure in the video description has highlighted how I used it. 2. Theme 1 is also from the Overture, and it also is a very important theme throughout the opera. The reason why I didn't want to include both from the same source is that I generally hope to get a diverse set of themes. 3. The theme you mentioned is more transitional in function in the music. I tried using it in my piece's transitions but I didn't find a convincing way to do so, so I scratched it.
Loved your piano writing. Fantastic!

Good, very fantastico and maestoso
i personally would prefer this in a minor to get the deep A bass drum notes, but otherwise very good
Wow, I think it's one of the best transcriptions ever. I also saw your transcriptions of Dies Irae and the Ride of the Valkyries. Keep up the beautiful work! Where can I write with you in private?
