Europe here: The most games on disc are here way cheaper than the PS5 version. Dont know why. Xbox one disc games are often sold for 5-10eur. After installation you get a upgrade fix very often. So here Xbox i worth it!

WOW! Technology grows and moves. U gotta understand tech companies think generations into the future. They are not making these decisions based on Gen X, millennials & beginning of Gen Z these decisions are set for Gen Alpha, & latter part of Gen Z. In the future Alpha & Z technology will be totally different then what is now just like Gen X technology don’t compare to millennials and Gen Z and why babies can work an iPhone, android, tablet better then adults also whatever Xbox does PS & Nintendo are going to follow because of Xbox that’s why you have to pay to play online

I kinda feel like this generation of consoles were a major disappointment. I get the whole COVID thing delaying people from getting a current gen for the first 2 years, but neither Sony or Microsoft has made any compelling cases why this current gen is a must have. especially when last gen consoles are still being supported! We are in year 4 of this current gen and you're still seeing new games come out that still support last gen. COD 6 is a prime example of that. All of this has really put a hamper on this current gen. Now I get why Microsoft wants to expand the Xbox ecosystem to other devices, because Microsoft has never made a dime off of their consoles. They either lost money or broke even on each console sold. Their bread and butter is game pass and by expanding game pass to other devices they'll grow their profit margin in that segment, at least that's their theory. This is why there is no red line with exclusive being supported on other platforms and maybe that will make sense for some exclusives. Like take halo for example. it's not nearly as popular as it once was. Now, can you imagine the boost in popularity it would get again if you could play Halo on a PlayStation or a switch? It would definitely revise that franchise for sure. So yes, the Xbox that we know it is dying, but the ecosystem itself for Xbox is growing. Is this a smart strategy for Microsoft? I guess time will tell.

I bought one from newegg 2 weeks ago, the none bundle version, and it went out of stock a few mins later. Glad I got the PS5Pro, I traded in my OG PS5 and PS4Pro so it's like I paid half the price.
