Its hilarious that the EV evangelists use China as a threat to try and push western manufactures to keep producing EV's that nobody wants and push t4x payers into subsidising them, claiming China will take over with their knock offs, if we don't keep funnelling our money into this trash technology. The central truth is EV's are trash and nobody wants them, regardless of where they are made, or any other aspect of the so called 4th industrial revolution for that matter 🤣

It's already possible to buy a basic (Chinese) but very well equipped EV for about 20000 euro's now. Don't believe all the negative (US inspired/funded) propaganda BS about " quality", "explosions", "human rights" etc. The USA is effectively blocking effortable EV's and the EU(Germany) is trying to to the same because of the inability to compete on the technology front. This is almost the same as when the combustion engines took over from horse and steam, now it's the EV's taking over from combustion engines.

Look at uk data on autotrader. Pretty much all EV for sale are ex business lease cars. Not privately owned ones. The public don't buy them and business only did because of tax breaks. Remove the tax breaks and the market dies!

This car with all the corners and edges is not allowed to drive on European roads. It is too dangerous for pedestrians in case of a collision. The risk of serious injuries and death of pedestrians was never a concern of Tesla. But Europe can not let that slip.
