although I see that you don't have much time to answer questions about the construction of your van I'll try... Can you tell me where you found the gray PVC seals that you fitted on the doors in the rear storage room. I thank you if you want to help me complete my van.

mine took a year and ive spent nearly 20k plus 9k for the 2018 van. Still gotta buy more bits (LPG, motorised step, android headset etc ) Mega money pits

good testing but the torque test is not true .any side move ment would snap the drill prematurely .which i saw u do.the drill has to be held true and satraight
6 years on, how is the van?
Still good as the day, added some more stuff sometime ago, new head unit with apple car play, bbq gas point, 240/12v sockets on the outside of the kitchen unit with table support so you can have the table outside and watch TV if you like... going up for sale though, we need something a bit bigger to take my Mrs dialysis machine about. It will be a sacrifice for getting to those hidey places...but....
Do you fill your fresh water tank through the hose inlet at the bottom of the tank
Great video, my question is what was your gross weight with it fully loaded ?
Good Question and one that I paid a lot of attention to. The gross weight on this is 3500kg with a curb weight of 2025kg obviously using the lightweight ply made a difference 10 @ 20kg per sheet 200kg not taking away cuts/waste but was the single most contributing. Give you some indication. Having completed I filled up with diesel & water, me, mrs, & dog took to weigh bridge and came in at around 2800/2850 as I remember so was pleased I could still bring back around 600kg of beer ?
Nice conversion thinking of using the Sargeant kit does the split charger work ok

Seen this video before. I think out of all the videos I have seen, your conversion is top, very well done. I have one question. I have the same situation with the double seats. How did you get them to fit. what did you cut off and finally, how did you fix them to the floor. Grateful if you can advise me on that. Thanks again for a first class video and conversion. Joe

Could this build be done with a bunkbed system. Two double mattresses one above the other do you think? To accommodate 4 sleepers . Rather than sleep in chairs which I can't stand.
Are you a professional builder? Just asking because this is no typical DIY finish. It's a work of art mate and just stunning. Would you commission doing another for others?

Perfect! Nice to see something nicely done, a lot of RUclipsrs just clad everything going for a sauna look or try to convert it into a cottage with products designed for houses, they also don’t fit a toilet/shower.
