Glenn, also a ZLE owner and Sebring driver. was hoping to ask you how you are running with the Porsche club, always looking for more time at sebring since PBIR went down. Also wondered if there was a way to get PDR data files from you. you have me by about 2 seconds on your fastest lap and was hoping to see where i am losing time. Would love to get together at some of these events and talk as we have very similar driving styles. Thanks for the video Doug.

Hey Glenn, fellow ZL1 1le owner and Sebring home track driver. I enjoy watching your vids, I see some parts of the track you are definitely doing better than I am and I need to try to see if I can do what you do. One thing I wanted to mention watching your video, that I think you'd gain a lot of time on, is working on late braking. These brakes are impressive and will stop these big beasts, provided you don't try to save money on brake fluid of course. I myself am still working on late braking, and you'd be surprised how much time you get from it across a brake intensive track like Sebring. Keep the vids coming.

.........oh sorry about the PDR showing "drag racing' format ( 0-60 mph info ) ......instead of 'road racing info' ! I wasn't aware of the setting change! Also missed another 5th gear shift coming outta 6, under the bridge ......before the hairpin at 7 .......allowing the twin to my wrecked maroon C7 Z slip away........!!!

.........Oh yah............forgot........just before the end of our half hour session.......the dash lit up light Christmas!......and the car went on "limp home mode" on the back stretch. Initially it was thought that the ECM died or lost contact with the cars other components, but repairs this week proved to be a minor power steering rack connector that wasn't reporting to the ECM steering angle data, for stability control and performance traction management. All is good now....... That orange Z06 was our friend Danny who was on a good run...........lapping in the low 2:00's with a lightly modified 2016 Z, with headers, pulley, Cup 2's, aero 3......and balls out driving !!! Collleen in the white modded Z06 also caught me when I was wounded.......

Oops.......wrong part of the session video downloaded!!! The first 3/4 of the session got lost in cyberspace!!! LOL . Nearly right after Danny (in the orange Z06) passed the ECM started pulling power back and went on to limp home mode on the back stretch.....barely getting back to the pits!!! We will live to fight another day..................
