Hong Kong vlog: Hiking to the Peak via the Morning Trail
There are 2 ways to get the Peak: one is by taking the cable car (easy way) and the other one is by hiking and there are a few hikes you can choose from.
I recently did the Morning hike which is a really nice hike combining lush nature with stunning views of the cityscape below me as I get higher and higher.
Practical info:
To get to the trailhead, I recommend you take the Central-Mid-Levels escalator which is the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world!
At the end of it, turn right and walk for around 15min till you see the trailhead on your left.
Difficulty:

I have plenty memorable adventures especially it's hiking trails, outlying islands, country parks and many more. Thanks for your interest in visiting my country Phil's. Manila is still worth visiting despite being "too crowded"😄,however there is the BGC area if you prefer the more modern, upscale and vibrant district .
@@intrepidfilipina I remember when I walked around Hong Kong on Sunday how all the tunnels were taken by Philippina families and friends gathering to eat and have fun together. Such a nice culture
@@Flyingawesomeplaces oh yeah, especially in central area. even a part of the mainroad is closed to traffic during Sundays to give space for Filipino workers to gather during rest day/holidays. I don't usually spend my rest days there except when there's an event to attend. I prefer to explore/stay outside central area 😄, or in the mountains for a hike 😊

You hardly get to see the strip if you sit on the right hand side?
That's right, the strip is mainly visible from the left but from the right you get some great views of the whole city. Ask for a cockpit seat if you're doing it

yeah they do but it's true that it must be far less than in neighboring Dubai or even Qatar. Life is harder here, mass tourism market is nascent and will take years to truly develop but that's the unique charm of Oman. Once there, you've got the country for yourself
