I love these wooden puzzles, especially when they work. It might not sound the best, but this would definitely stand out amongst the other wooden puzzles I have completed.

I lost the intonation saddle thumb screw and I spent days trying to find one but it looks like I need to buy the whole unit just for that screw. Any advice?😢

Been gigging hard with mine for close to a year and I don't understand why people are sleeping on these things. Underrated as hell. Plays and sounds the best of all my instruments.

Is the body plywood?

I have the Limited Edition PAC611VFMX-MTLB in Translucent Blue I picked it up used in Mint condition for $450. For fit, finish and components excellent. Very flexible guitar for tones. Awesome guitar!

I hadn’t seen a single pick up one I’ve got one that’s got just a plain top on it not the sun bars. It’s got that kind of headstock, but mine has two pick ups and a lot more knobs on it too.

I actually have one that is a g101 that looks just like yours I found one at a garage sale for $5 and we tuned it up and fixed it you can see it on my channel

I had an early 80's one that I heavily modified. Graphtech nut, fred bridge pickup with two yngwie malmsteen pickups. Sold it about 7 years ago. Has a crossed polarity quiteting effect with the neck and mid pickups. Loved that guitar. A Fender rep once told me it was one of squires most embarrassing which is surprising

I know you posted this 6 years ago but I definitely appreciate it. Someone told me that Les Paul copied the Harmony Stratatone design for his guitars. Watching your video and hearing that guitar makes me want one. What kind of amp were you using?

my first electric guitar I bought for $50 with my first paycheck around 1966 it was the 1962 with 2 DeArmond Hersey bar pups with the stacked concentric tone volume knobs. Almost 60 years later on my birthday I found another one hanging in 30th St. Guitars I traded a Johnny A Epiphone and walked out with $100 and A Harmony Stratotone. BTW the 62 was Brian Jones’s first guitar too used live and on the first Rolling Stones record too

Just got one of these and I'm shocked there's not more people raving about them on RUclips. I dropped the action real low and have no dead spots or fret buzz. Plays great. Sounds great. Gonna be a serious workhorse.

Just found this review ,I have the pro bass II 300 watt predecessor before they installed an internal fan the heat sink was on exterior of rear panel which was an issue when playing at higher volume levels for a extended time period the tone became muddy, Solution was simply putting a small fan blowing on heat sink fins Whala! Great solid amps there speakers where a bargin and American Quality, I had a B4 bass and wish I never sold it Carvin along with Peavey where the brands that Tone Snobs laughed at ,Dude you should get an Ampeg SVT ,GK etc. I replied give me the money 💰 till they heard it then they would shut up ,still use that Carvin once in a while and people like the tone along with a few pedals it just delivers good solid tone.👌👍

These are great guitars. I was given one by my dad for my first guitar. The neck alone is why I've kept it all these years. I've done a lot of work to it. Rewired and put different pickups and tuners in it over the years. The only thing that's been an issue is the input jack is prone to need maintenance.

The case is worth more than the guitar. I've just put a string on one for my son, very high action, be ok for slide

Earl Slick knows what he's doing! I've got an Old School neck humbucker that sounds better than all my other high dollar pickups. About to get an Old School Bridge for a Custom Strat, replacing an SD!

This is my favourite amp. I would pay double or triple of a new amp if this ever needs repair. I bought this, and an Ampeg 4-12" SVT cabinet to suit my Dan Armstrong bass. It's finicky as to what amp it runs through. I also have a Fender P-Bass Lyte and an Ibanez 5-string. I can get any sound I want, with any bass, with this rig.

part of me wants to buy one and then do some DIY lutheiring to see how much I can improve the sound.

I don’t understand why after market people do not sell a block with a push in arm, the push in part is in the block so it shouldn’t affect the actual bridge. Screw in arms should be outlawed.

What gage are the strings

U Gears is more of a model, not a real instrument to play. it's a beautiful in design but the crank shaft is made out of cheap wood which breaks easily if you crank it to hard trying to turn the crank. which happened to mine. Nerdy Gurdy is a Hurdy Gurdy kit also. But it has some metal shafts for the crank. You do have to purchise some parts from the hardware store, but it plays and sounds a lot better. It is a real Hurdy Gurdy instrument,. not a model.

Dude, these things are pretty awesome! I found two absolutely identical 1989 models that were modeled after the gloss black '57 Strat. This was years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to snag them. I actually really dug the neck on those things!
