I lived in London for 3 years from the age of 17 until I was 20, initially I moved there because my mom did, I had a really overwhelming experience filled with trials and tribulations while still creating some really good memories and developing myself, I got really overwhelmed and moved back home. I thought moving back home would’ve been better for me and the goals I want to achieve, now that I’ve been home for a year I only realized how beneficial being away from home really is. I can’t say I regret coming home because it gave me perspective on how one’s environment can affect them good and bad. My goal now is to save up and move somewhere different.

This is a brilliant video, I remember watching it before and its really resonating with me again. The part about floating around jumped out at me because thats exactly how I feel when I wonder around my home city, like I am just floating around here after the friends and opportunities I had here mostly crumbled or fell away. It feels so uncomfortable no longer feeling at home where you grew up. Its changed so much and I much preferred it how it was. I am planning on moving to a nearby town and starting again. It's daunting but it feels like something that will help me.

I’ve been feeling like moving again, I moved years ago in 2016 to Atlanta for 6 months after I graduated from College I’m born and raised in Pittsburgh but I moved to Atlanta and it was great experience I moved back seeking comfort and cus I didn’t think things were picking up had I been a lot more patient I’m sure it would of worked out. But I moved back home and been here but I feel stagnated and I need another move. I’m 32 young with no real ties no kids no nothing.

Watching this again and it is absolutely amazing! Been feeling a bit uncomfortable in doing what I was “used to” (work, church, etc.) and been desiring something more! Most will question me and say that I should stay where I am b/c that’s what Ive been doing for the longest but I realized that I want something more bc I’m changing and you’re right, not everyone can see that but you have to do what’s right for you! Think of it like a flower; when a flower does not grow, you don’t look at the flower, you look at its environment, the things around it (oxygen, sunlight, water, etc) bc that’s what will allow to grow. So if the flower isn’t growing, don’t blame the flower but look at the place where the flower is. All the steps you gave, I’m currently doing and taking it step by step to accomplish my goals/dream! Great video!🙌🏾
