I do the same thing as you with the level of resources / colour coding for the caves. Except I do red for it being mined out (as in “stop, do not enter”) and green for it barely being mined / untouched completely (green means go!) however, I also use yellow for a cave if I’ve done a decent chunk of it, and either there’s a tone left or you’re gonna have to go deep to find more.

Barely getting around to playing the LEGO mode and your info vids have helped a ton. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I found very small caves unmarked. So yea. It just resources and teasures hidden in the unmarked ones. Its supposed to be better actually treasure in them so they unmarked

They mustve patched this cause now those blue barrels just bounce off, all weapons, tools, and basic punches, nothing works now

Interesting theory, but it makes sense. I think I went into one Dry Valley cave that had THREE exit points, and I mark my mined caves with gray or red, but I may change that now to your color scheme.

I died in one of those caves that doesn't show the icon, what do I do to find it?

This theory doesn't hold up, I've had one not showing until after I relogged. Others haven't, but I just went in one cave and left another side, both sides are marked on the map. Its a glitch that just has still not been patched.

my second cave I went into first level had 4 blast cores and still spawn

also look for cracks in cave walls you will find rubies etc just knock it through

For the pickax I use one fully durability and make a second one full luck. I see how many hits it takes mining a specific material and if it takes 4 hits I hit twice with durability and twice with luck. This way you get the chance of extra material while not quickly destroying the durability. It works extremely well!

thanks to your grand, super idea on colour coding caves, i've been using them ever since this was uploaded. i use red for not looted/barely looted, yellow for moderately/slightly looted, and green for almost fully/fully looted. thanks gor the grand idea on colour coding, huge props to you and i'll never let your name go unmentioned for cave colour coding ❤❤❤

From the thumbnail to get 90 copper you need to find 23 blue barrels which will take ages. I'll just stick to getting copper in caves they are plentiful in there

Curious if this happening to only me but anyone getting blasters spawning on the dry desert surface to kill and not in the caves? Killed a bunch just exploring since the update

Don't do this. I can't believe I'm facing such an opposition of lies but planes have worked perfect before the update & now, just place block to turn stand at front so you don't get thrown off. I MADE 50+ consecutive, survival, mobile 📱 round trips without any incidents. You have no business being anywhere near some random structure in the middle of grasslands. The real tip is to use boom barrels on copper and iron, fill up your inventory from 2 to 3 stacks of blast powder in about 20 minutes no problem. To get blast powder set your villagers to collect nearby resources I have 12/15 doing that. & the other tip is you can dupe launch pads by jumping on one just after breaking it. Being at some random shack in the middle of nowhere. I fly past that thing without looking.

I get up to 30 copper bars from my villagers and have 3 villagers smelting, currently at 250+. bars

Blue mail box also gives you 4 c bars!!!

After the most recent patch (v28.10) damage essences work with harvesting tools. It's 4 hits for iron ore instead of 12 now, with triple damage on an epic pickaxe.

There’s a marker limit so using campfires is a good alternative.

I've not once seen any of those rollers in any of my desert caves
