I, after also noticing that Brad Pit ate all the time in Oceans 11, read that some movies put that in because 'fans like to see their favorite stars eating...' Now, I don't know about that, but it did make it kinda fun. And I also read that Robert Downey Jr. ate a lot during Avengers scenes, to make him more relaxed, but they just kept it in! The system is garbage.

After playing a couple of sessions, I would have preferred a d100 skill-based system, but there are some fun adventures/missions for the system, at least. I am not really a fan of the momentum and threat mechanics.

I missed out on the first edition of STA. I've had a recent hankering to try out a Star Trek tabletop RPG though, so I'm glad to hear that there's a new second edition of STA, and that it's worth owning. Thanks for the review Tom.

Paizo usually has a Bag O Dice on their store. You get tons of different type of dice and styles. Very good. Bought two because our meetup group was a quite a few people. Didnt realize how much dice was in a Bag O Dice and wow it was alot. Had to buy a special huge casserole tupperware container to fit in all the dice. Never needed more dice since then. Highly recommend. If Paizo still sells those. Their customer support was 10/10 Edit: Nevermind, just checked and the product has been discontinued years ago, but they still have good assortment dice deals

I liked how they have used practical effects in this movie, the characters were pretty good, the settings were so detailed with the outlines from the original and the theme of Romulus and Remus hinted in the story. The gore, the intensity, and the monsters have been a blast and i had such a blast watching this in theaters. I fanboyed and got creeped out when i saw those Facehuggers! Their long fingers crawling and chasing! The sequence where they're passing through the room crowded with them! I had so much fun! 🕷🕷🕷 Im glad you enjoyed it, Mr. Bottelston :) The sound design tho! 😉😁

Having worked with a number of neurodivergent students in special ed. classrooms, I found David Jonsson's portrayal of Andy a compassionate take on a character who seems very similar to a developmentally disabled person. The wisdom of his choices are part of the brilliance of Jonsson's performance.
