You’re apparently very adept at operating your tractor. My issue is always visibility. I wish I had a protected camera underneath the front of my tractor.

It would’ve been easier just to load them in your bucket. Call them back and stack them on that pallet a lot less time and effort and listing going through all that waste of time.

pretty much spot on with your observations. The reason I never put a step is that the ones O've see from Kubota have to much flex on the step which I don't like. I'mnot really that big at 195 lbs but like sturdy things and it does not appear sturdy. Italso does not tick out far enough when getting off for me. I am 68 and yes it's a little bit annoying. I use the handle to pull on when gettin on and when geting off thinking if I were to slip at least I have a grip on something. A tool box that is pretty useful would have been nice. Been looking at a rather nice one at Harbor freight but not sure. I am very stringly considering put extensions on my tires so I have a bit more stability. I to have hills to climba nd it has left my butt puckering sometimes and i swear my tire may have come off the ground once or twice and my loader was down as far as you could get it. Overall I am pretty happy with it. May consider a stump bucket, brush hog, forks and Hoe.

Nothing like a grapple. Used mine todsy to clear storm damage never left the machine to complete the task

Many grapples allow dragging with the top claws, only because the top jaw comes to rest against metal. you don't want to drag anything supported by a hydraulic cylinder though, so check your grapple and make sure it 'bottoms out' opening metal against metal. Homestead grapples do. I personally prefer the landscape rake or perhaps a dethatcher for this application - for collecting it. Once you have a pile, having a grapple to pick it up is awesome. I think your rake is too small. You should be able to run a 60 inch rake no problem, I'd think. That would be heavier too. Rakes take multiple passes to do the job.

Adding the chain is bullshit when you could have welded eyelets for stabilizing the forks.

Kubota has a step that goes on the B2650 & fits B2601 with same pre drilled holes. I bought one & installed in less than 5 minutes. Game changing for us 50+ yr old guys! Love it. Check into it👍

Thanks for the review. That looks like a great tool. For any kind of work like that, try a motorcycle kidney belt around your waist. They are usually elastic and fasten with velcro. Pull it as tight as possible and it really supports your back.

You got access to a Black Diamond mulcher to put on the back of your tractor?

Fiskers hookaroon is absolutely junk use them for a bit and u will find out the tips break off. And good luck getting ahold of customer service the are almost impossible to get ahold of them.

When parking any hydraulic cylinder relieve any hyd pressure before disconnecting the hoses. even better move the cylinder away from bottoming out first. then even if there is pressure in one hose when you recouple- cycling the valve with one hose attached will make draining opposing hose unnecessary.

You used all that safety equipment, but did not use a hitch pin to ensure the Jaw Boss doesn't fall out of the receiver?

Putting that amount of pressure on the hydraulic cylinders fully extended is one of the worst things you can do. Save your tractor on stumps that big. Go rent a mini excavator. Been there done that, and my tractor is bigger than yours.

I’m sure by doing it and reviewing the footage you’ll see where improvements will come from. If I could offer 2 observations. First. It’s not an excavator. Second. think of how you’d remove it if you didn’t have a tractor, and no you can’t use explosives. You’d likely have two tools. A pic axe and a shovel..and maybe a handsaw/axe. Anyhow that’s how, IMHO you should use that implement. Curl down, then boom down then back drag minimum 6’. ( like a pic axe) start Left then in front then right. Then shovel these areas. (if needed it expose roots) Now reposition 90* rinse and repeat. Now attack the roots with a scoop method. Well that’s my 2 scents. Nice compact tractor though. 😊

Thanks for the video. I’m currently looking at getting into an L3560 LE. I’m stuck between choosing the backhoe attachment on an open station or a factory cab. Both have their advantages but I just can’t afford them at the same time. I can however afford a stump bucket along with the cab and I’m leaning more towards that option. I can always add a backhoe in the future but it would be a lot harder and more expensive to convert an open station to a full HVAC cab in the future. Thank you for the video showing this attachment in action. I do plan on clearing out quite a few stumps and trees from my property and this looks like it would work fine for that purpose.

You can also change the angle of your 3pt hitch to make that box blade more aggressive if things are frozen

I use a York rake to break up ice. We also get a full winter so everything freezes up

I use my box blade the same way. You and I do things very much the same way. I’ve been using my box blade to help for years. I also use my bucket. Also don’t be afraid to fill your bucket with snow for extra weight

Did you know that the stump bucket will slip right into your regular bucket. I take both buckets with me to a stump. This way once the roots are exposed I can slip my other bucket back on. Come up to the bottom of the exposed stump and curl the stump right out. As you know you have a lot more,power to curl with the regular bucket

I have that same bucket for my 2301. Loved seeing you do the same thing I do. Let’s me know I’m doing it right..
