Why do you turn it in the Volt? There is no fire in the back (which could and does produce uneven heating)? The Volt, because of its electric heating elements, has much more even heating, so no real need to turn. Am I wrong? BTW, great channel and website. I have learned a lot. Liked and subscribed.
It’s warmer in the back, heat is lost out of the door. It still needs a turn or two for an even bake.

Hey brother. I bought the same model a kids 16. Mind though didn’t come w a 5 gallon tank set up. It has a quick release type. Did u have this problem as well?

@santaBarbarabaker I just used this ball & rest technique tonight and I had unreal results! My question is how could I ball and rest this dough so, I eat at a decent time if I work a 9-5? ...Is there a way to speed up the "room temp proof" . I was thinking if I was to ball the dough and let it rest an hour or so before I head to work, and then put it back in the fridge. I'm wondering if I could take it out of the fridge and proof the dough, covered up, in a slightly warmed oven for less time vs having it sit out for 3-4 hours . Any suggestions?
Awesome to hear. If you are going to bake in the evening I'd ball the dough in the morning (or the night before), stick in the fridge covered, and take it out as soon as you get home, let come to room temp, it should be all good.

It's pronounced "cal zone a"--the E is pronounced A and is included when you say the word. At least learn how to say it.
So how long total time did you cook it for? Liked and subscribed. BTW, just got my Volt but waiting for my Ooni Peel and some dough I ordered. Hope I don't fuck up my first try. Great video. Keep 'em coming.
